간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 극복력과 학과 만족도와의 관련성

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 극복력과 학과 만족도 간의 관련성과 학과만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구를 통해 분석함으로써, 학과 만족 도를 높이기 위한 중재프로그램을 개발하는 데 필요한 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다. 기간은 2017년 9월 7일부터 12월 29일까지이고 간호학과 재학생 618명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 분석은 빈도와 백분율, 분산분석, 피어슨상관계수, 회귀분석 등을 사용하였다. 본 연구결과 비판적사고 능력은 극복력에 정(+)의 상관관계를 보이며(F=.256, p<.001), 학과만족도 역시 정(+) 의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(F=.247, p<.001). 극복력은 학과만족도와도 정(+)의 상관관 계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다(F=.272, p<.001). 비판적 사고능력과 극복력은 학과만족도를 10.8% 의 설명력이 있는 것으로 나타났다(F=12.716, p<.001). 이러한 연구결과는 간호학생들의 학과만족을 높이기 위해서는 비판적 사고성향과 극복력을 증진시키는 프로그램들의 개발이 선행되어야할 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study is a descriptive research study to investigate the relationship between critical thinking , coping power and department satisfaction of nursing college students and factors affecting department satisfaction. By analyzing this study, and to provide the basic data necessary for developing an intervention program to improve academic satisfaction. The data were collected from September. to December, 2017 in three universities. Data were obtained from 618 nursing students and collected data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation followed by Scheffe post-hoc analysis, Multiple linear regression by SPSS 23.0. The results of this study show that the critical thinking has positive (+) correlation with coping power and that the satisfaction with department is also positive (+). The coping power showed positive correlation with department satisfaction. Critical thinking and coping power were found to affect the satisfaction of department. For nursing students effective academic satisfaction, it is necessary to develop and operate programs that promote critical thinking tendency and coping skills.
