국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 시뮬레이션기반 고위험신생아간호 통합실습교육 전후 문제해결과정, 자아탄력성, 임상수행능력에 대해 알아보고 응급상황 임상수행능력향상프로그램 개발에 기초자료가 되고자 실시한 단일군 전후 설계 유사실험연구이다. 연구대상자는 G도 S지역 일개 대학 간호학과 4학년에 재학 중인 대학생 74명을 대상으로, 2018년 4월 29일부터 06월 29일까지 교육 전후 문제해결과정, 자아탄력 성, 임상수행능력의 구조화된 설문도구를 사용하여 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 21.0 프로 그램을 이용하여 통계 분석하였다. 연구결과, 일반적 특성에 따른 문제해결과정, 자아탄력성, 임상수 행능력은 대상자의 전공만족도에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<.001). 문제해결과정, 자아탄력성, 임상수 행능력은 교육 전보다 교육 후에 모두 높게 나타났고, 특히 문제해결과정은 문제의 해결책 고안 영역 에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 문제해결과정과 자아탄력성(r=.642, p<.001), 문제해결과정과 임상수행 능력(r=.414, p<.001), 자아탄력성과 임상수행능력(r=.574 , p<.001) 간의 상관관계는 양적 관계가 있었 다. 따라서 적극적이고 활성화된 산학연구 활동을 통해 응급상황 시 임상수행능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 시나리오 및 프로그램을 개발하고 적용이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect on the problem solving process, resilience, and clinical performance abilities of integrated simulation learning about high-risk newborn care by quasi-experimental study. A total of 74 undergraduate students in the 4th grade college of nursing at G city S district were surveyed using structured questionnaires before and after simulation training from April 29 to June 29. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The results showed that the problem solving process, resilience, and clinical performance abilities were significantly different to the subjects satisfaction (p<.001). After the simulation training, students the problem solving process, resilience, and clinical performance abilities increased significantly. There was positive relation between problem solving process and resilience (r=.642, p<.001), problem solving process and clinical performance abilities (r=.414, p<.001), resilience and clinical performance abilities (r=.574, p<.001). Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply various scenarios and programs that can improve the clinical performance abilities in emergency situation.
