4차 산업혁명에 대한 의료인 및 의료기사의 인식과 신수요 창출을 위한 교육요구도에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 의료현장에서 근무하는 의료인 및 의료기사를 대상으로 4차 산업혁명에 대한 인식 및영향력, 교육요구도를 파악하기 위한 횡단적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 2018년 2월 1일부터 2018년 5월 10일까지 대구·경북지역 의료기관에 재직 중인 의사, 간호사, 의료기사를 220명 대상으로 시행되었으 며, 최종 200부가 분석에 사용되었다. 분석은 SPSS 22.0 Package Program을 이용하였다, 결과 4차 산업혁명에 대한 개념은 ‘잘 모른다’ 91명(45.5%), 4차 산업혁명이 보건의료에 미치는 영향은 ‘조금 받는다’ 120명(60.0%)이었다. 4차 산업혁명에 대한 개념은 성별, 연령, 직종, 직위, 경력에 따라서 영향력은 성별, 연령, 직종에 따라서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 4차 산업혁명에 대한 교육의 필요성은 ‘필요하다’ 121명(60.5%), 교육받을 의향은 ‘있다’ 151명(75.5%), 필요한 역량은 ‘전문능력’ 82명 (41.0%)으로 가장 많았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 4차 산업혁명에 대한 보건의료인을 위한 교육프로 그램 개발 및 적용이 필요할 것으로 사료된다

영문 초록

This study is a cross-sectional survey of medical personnel and medical professionals working in the medical field to identify the perception, influence and educational needs of the fourth industrial revolution. This study was conducted from February 1, 2018 to May 10, 2018 for 220 physicians, nurses, and medical staff at medical institutions in Daegu and Gyeongbuk provinces. The SPSS 22 statistical analysis program was used for the analysis. 46% of the participants (91 persons) answered ‘don’t know well’ about the concept of the fourth industrial revolution’. 60% of them (120 persons) answered the revolution would influence ‘a little’ to the health and medical industry. Gender, age, occupation, rand and career of the participants were statistically relevant to the perception of the fourth industrial revolution. Gender, age and occupation were to the influence of. 60% (121 persons) answered the program to learn the revolution is necessary and 76% (151 persons) were willing to take the program. Expertise was picked by 41% (82 persons) as the most needed skill set. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop and apply the education program for the healthcare professionals to the 4th Industrial Revolution.
