국문 초록

최근 의료기술의 발전에 따라 의료기기 산업도 다양하게 발전하고 있다. 2016년 국내 의료기기 시장규모는 전년대비 11.5%가 성장한 5조 8천억 원에 이르며 연평균 8.2%의 성장률을 보이고 있다. 의료기기 산업분야는 치과분야, 영상장비 분야, 진단 관련 분야로 크게 구분된다. 2016년 제조 실적은 전년 대비 12.0%가 성장한 5조 6천억 원에 이르고 있다. 분야별로는 치과용 임플란트 8천억원, 초음파 영상진단 4천억 원, 조직 수복용 생체재료 1천 8백억 원 등이다. 또한 그동안 수입에 의존하던 의료기기의 국산화도 매년 증가 추세를 보이며 이에 따른 시장 진입을 위한 업체 간 경쟁도 치열해지고 있다. 이러한 환경 하에서 의료기기 제조업체는 인체의 안전성을 기본으로 균일한 품질의 제품을 고객이 만족할 만한 가격으로 공급하지 못한다면 살아남을 수 없게 되었다. 무엇보다도 원가절감과 품질 향상을 도모하기 위한 제조공정의 끊임없는 개선 노력이 필요한 시대가 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 A사의 현 수액세트 제조공정 개선을 위해 작업자의 작업능력 및숙련정도에 따른 효율적인 Conveyor 시스템 도입방안을 모색하고자 한다.

영문 초록

Recently, medical device industry has been developing variously according to the development of medical technology. In 2016, the domestic medical device market grew 11.5% year-on-year to 5.8 trillion won, showing an annual average growth rate of 8.2%. The medical device industry is divided into dental field, imaging equipment field, and diagnostic field. In 2016, manufacturing performance has grown by 12.0% over the previous year to 5.6 trillion won. By sector, KRW 800 billion in dental implants, KRW 400 billion in ultrasound imaging diagnosis, and KRW 180 billion in biomaterials for tissue repair etc. In addition, the localization of medical devices, which have been dependent on imports, has been on an increasing trend every year. Competition among companies to enter the market is also intensifying. Under such circumstances, medical device manufacturers can not survive if they can not supply uniform quality products at a satisfactory price to customers based on human safety. Above all, it has become necessary to continuously improve the manufacturing process in order to reduce costs and improve quality. Therefore, in this study, we intend to find a way to introduce efficient conveyor system according to the work capacity and skill level of the worker to improve the manufacturing process of A company. increasing trend every year.
