현장유아교육자들이 인식한 핵심역량 중요도 원인 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 현장유아교육자를 연구 참여자로 선정하여, 직업기초능력으로서 특정한 핵심역량을 중요하게 인식하는 원인에 대해 분석하였으며, 현장직무에서 중요시되는 핵심역량을 증진시킬 수 있는 교육적 방안을 모색할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 전남 소재 현장유아교육자(원장, 원감, 주임, 교사)11명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 심층 면담한 결과, 수신: 아이들의 전인적 발달 도모 하기, 역지사지: 생각이 다른 엄마와 동료교사들의 마음 헤아리기, 통즉불통 불통즉통: 문제해결을 위한 소통하기 등으로 범주화 되었다. 결과를 구체적으로 살펴보면, 첫째 현장유아교육자들은 유아교사 로서 자신의 몸과 마음을 건강하고 안정되게 조절하지 못하면 그 영향이 바로 유아들에게 부정적으로 전해지기 때문에, 자신의 심신을 조절하는 자기관리역량이 중요하다고 언급하였다. 둘째, 현장유아 교육자들은 엄마와 동료교사들과의 관계형성의 어려움, 동료교사들과의 일 처리과정에서의 협력의 어려움 등의 경험을 바탕으로, 조직생활을 원만하게하기 위해서는 생각이 다른 엄마와 동료교사들의 마음을 헤아려 역지사지(易地思之)할 수 있는 정서적 유대, 협력 등의 대인관계역량이 필요함을 언급하 였다. 셋째, 현장유아교육자들은 일상 업무과정에서 동료교사와 소통이 되지 않아 힘들었던 경험을 피력하며, 부모 및 동료교사들 간의 원활한 업무진행을 위해서 토론과 조정, 듣기와 말하기 등과 관련된 의사소통역량이 필요함을 피력하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyzed the importance causes of recognizing specific core competencies as basic occupational skills as selecting field early childhood educators as participants. This study was aimed at seeking educational methods to enhance core competences that are important on the job by improving the level of core competences. A total of 11 field early childhood educators(director, vice director, head teacher, teacher) in Jeonnam were selected as research participants and interviewed in depth. the results of in-depth interviews with field early childhood educators on why core competences were important were categorized as 修身: promoting the holistic development of children, 易地思之:understanding other mothers and fellow teachers who have different ideas, and 通卽不痛, 不通卽痛:communicating for problem solving. As a specific results First, field early childhood educators mentioned that the effect was negative to the early child if you cannot control your body and mind in a healthy and stable way as an early childhood teacher, therefore self-management competence was important. Second, field early childhood educators had experiences such as difficulties in forming relationships with their mothers and fellow teachers, difficulties in cooperating with fellow teachers. In order to make the life of the organization smooth, field early childhood educators were aware of necessary to have interpersonal competence such as emotional ties and cooperation in which the mind can count the minds of other mothers and fellow teachers. Third, field childhood educators expressed their difficult experiences because they could not communicate with fellow teachers during the daily work process. To solve this problem, field early childhood educators were aware of communication competence importance related to discussion and coordination, listening and speaking are necessary for the smooth work process between parents and fellow teachers.
