산재 근로자의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 산재 근로자의 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 사회적 관계 등 심리사회적 요인을 중심으로 삶 의 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 이러한 연구를 수행하기 위해 근로복지공단 제3차 산재보험패널 조사 데이터를 사용하였으며, 산재 근로자 2,000명을 연구대상으로 하였다. 분석방법은 기술통계, 상 관관계, 신뢰도 및 요인분석, 각 변수 간의 인과관계 검증을 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 분석결과, 산재 근로자의 자아존중감, 자기효능감, 사회적 관계는 삶의 질에 영향을 미치며, 사회적 관계는 자아존중감 및 자기효능감과 삶의 질과의 관계에서 매개역할을 하며, 삶의 질에 미치 는 영향에서 자아존중감과 사회적 관계는 다른 변인보다 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 따라 산재근로자의 자아존중감 및 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 재활프로그 램을 개발하여 적용하는 것이 필요하며, 산재근로자의 가족, 동료 등 사회적 관계를 향상시킬 수 있 는 프로그램을 개발하여 활용함으로써 산재근로자의 삶의 질 향상과 사회 적응에 도움이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of industrial accidents on the quality of life, focusing on psychosocial factors such as self-esteem, self-efficacy, and social relations. In order to carry out such research, we used data from the 3rd WCI panel survey of the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation, and studied 2,000 industrial workers. Analysis method was descriptive statistics, correlation, reliability and factor analysis, multiple regression analysis for causal relationship between variables. The results of the study showed that the self-esteem, self-efficacy, and social relations of industrial workers affected the quality of life and social relations played a mediating role in the relationship between self-esteem and self-efficacy and quality of life, self-esteem and social relations were found to have the greatest effect on affect than other variables. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop and apply a rehabilitation program that can improve the self-esteem and self-efficacy of industrial accidents workers, and develop programs to improve social relations such as family members and colleagues of industrial workers, It will help improve the quality of life and social adjustment of workers.
