건설 분야 특성화고등학교의 교육 목표에 나타난 인재 양성 유형 분석

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 건설 분야 특성화고등학교의 교육 목표를 조사하여 건설 분야의 인간상 및 지향 점을 확인하고, 교육과정에 나타난 인재 양성 유형과 비교하는 것이다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 건설 분야 특성화고등학교의 교육 목표를 통해 건설 분야의 인간상 및 지향점을 확인한 결과, 양성하고자 하는 인재의 유형은 건설 분야의 설계, 시공, 유지 관리 업무를 수행할 수 있는 기능인, 기술인, 전문가 등으로 나타났다. 둘째, 건설 분야 특성화고등학교의 교육 목표와 2015개정 교육과정에 나타난 인재 양성 유형을 비교한 결과는 다음과 같다. 교육과정에 나타난 조경과의 인재 양성 유형은 각 특성화고등학교의 교육 목표에 명시되어 있는 인재 양성 유형 과 일치하였다. 그러나 건축과와 토목과의 경우, 교육 목표를 통해 확인한 인간상과 2015개정 교육과 정에 나타난 인재 양성 유형과 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 2015개정 교육과정에서 건축과는 건축시공과로 제한하여 건축 시공 기능인을 양성하고자 함으로써, 각 특성화고등학교의 학과명(건축 설계, 건축디자인 등) 및 교육 목표와 크게 차이가 있다는 점이 문제로 드러났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this article are to investigate the human image and the direction of the constructing-specialized vocational high school (SVHS) and to compare them with the types of manpower training in the 2015 revised curriculum by investigating the educational objectives of constructing-SVHS.. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of confirming the human image and the direction from the educational objectives of the constructing-SVHS, the type of manpower training they want to cultivate is technicians and experts who have ability to design, construct, and maintain in the construction field. Second, the results of the comparison between the educational objectives of the SVHS in the construction field and the types of manpower training in the 2015 revised curriculum are as follows. The type of manpower training in the curriculum for department of Landscape was consistent with that specified in the educational objectives of each SVHS. However, in the case of the departments of Architecture and Civil Engineering, there are several differences between the types of human traits identified through the educational objectives and the types of manpower training in the 2015 revised curriculum. In particular, from the types of manpower training in the 2015 revised curriculum, it is revealed that department of architecture is limited to train architectural construction technicians which is very different from the department name (architectural design etc.) and the educational objective of each SVHS.
