귀반사요법이 농촌 노인여성의 혈압감소에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 귀반사요법이 여성노인 고혈압대상자의 혈압감소에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위하여 시 도되었다. 본 연구는 비동등성 대조군 전후 실험설계이며 농촌거주 여성노인 54명 대상으로 실험군 28명, 대조군 26명이었다. 실험군은 세계보건기구가 인정하는 고혈압 치료점(11점)을 양쪽 귀에 피내 침을 이용하여 삽입하였고 대조군은 어깨통증 치료점(5점)을 양쪽 귀에 삽입하였다. 삽입 직전과 직후 에 혈압계와 고혈압 자각증상 체크리스트로 혈압, 맥박, 자각증상을 측정하였다. 총 삽입시간은 1시간 으로 삽입 20분 후와 제거 직전에 수기로 물리적 자극을 주었다. 수집된 데이터는 SPSS/WIN 12.0 program으로 분석한 결과 실험군에서는 치료 후 유의한 차이를 보여 수축기혈압 평균 32.43(±14.39)mmHg, 이완기혈압 평균 15.89(±7.44)mmHg, 자각증상 평균 1.93(±0.83)이 감소하였다. 반 면, 대조군에서는 이완기혈압에서 15.89(±0.36)mmHg 유의한 차이로 상승하였으며, 수축기혈압과 자각 증상에서는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결론적으로, 본 연구는 귀반사요법이 농촌 여성노인 고혈압대상자 의 혈압감소에 효과가 있음을 확인하였으며 고혈압환자에게 어깨 치료점을 동시에 사용할 경우 혈압 이 오를 가능성이 있어 주의를 요하며 이에 관해 반복연구해 볼 것을 제언한다.

영문 초록

The Effect of Auriculotherapy on Redusing Blood Pressure. This study was performed to examine the effects of auriculotherapy on reducing blood pressures among hypertensive elder women at rural area. This study applied a pre and post-test with non-equivalent group design, 54 women divided into two groups: 28 experimental group and 26 control group. The experimental group was inserted with acupunture needles into the hypertension treatment points (11points) of intradermal ears and the control group was into the shoulder pain treatment point (5 points) confirmed by the World Health Organization. Just before and after therapy, blood pressures, pulse were measured by an sphygmomanometer and hypertensive subjective symptoms were measured by self-reported checklist. Total treatment time was an hour and physical stimulation was given twice by hand at 20minutes after inserting and just before removal. The collected data was analayzed by SPSS/WIN 12.0 program. The results showed significant differences in blood pressures and subjective symptoms after treatment the experimental group. The average of reduced systolic pressure was 32.43mmHg (±4.39)mmHg, the reduced diastolic pressure was 15.89(±1.44)mmHg, and the reduced subjective symptoms were 1.93(±0.83)mmHg while diastolic pressure of the control group was 15.89(±0.36)mmHg increased and others show any significant differences. To conclude, this study has confirmed that the auriculotherapy was effective in reducing blood pressure and subjective symptoms for elder hypertensive women and should be avoid shoulder treatment points at the same time so that further replication studies are needed.
