특성화고 취업희망자 특별전형의 전형요소 분석을 통한 발전 방안 탐색

국문 초록

이 연구는 특성화고등학교 취업희망자 특별전형의 전형요소 분석을 통해 취업희망자 특별전형의 향후 발전 방안을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 첫째, 학교알리미에 공시된 자료, 교육부 정 보공개청구 자료, 학교별 홈페이지에 게시된 입시전형요강, 교육청 입학전형 자료 등을 수집하여 비 교 분석하였다. 둘째, 분석결과를 토대로 핵심전형요소를 도출하였다. 셋째, 도출된 핵심전형요소의 평가항목을 비교 분석하였다. 분석된 결과를 토대로 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 취업희망자 특별전형의 전형요소에서 면접평가를 핵심전형요소로 도출하였다. 이에 따라 취업희망자 특별전형의 도입 취지에 맞게 교과 성 적의 반영 비율을 낮추고, 핵심전형요소인 면접평가에 대한 반영 비율을 높일 필요가 있다. 또한, 학 생들의 취업역량을 잘 반영할 수 있는 인성면접, 구술면접, 실무면접 등의 면접유형과 면접방법 등의 구체적인 방안도 모색해야 한다. 둘째, 취업희망자 특별전형의 특성을 반영한 평가지표를 개발하여야 한다. 대구지역 15개 특성화고등학교의 면접평가 항목을 분석한 결과, 평가항목과 평가기준에 큰 차 이가 없이 비슷하게 나타났다. 또한, 평가항목에 대한 평가문항의 개발이 미흡한 실정이었다. 이에 따 라, 다양한 평가항목과 그에 따른 평가문항을 포함한 면접 평가지표 개발이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 면접평가에 대한 타당도와 신뢰도를 높여야 한다. 면접이 객관적이고 공정하게 이루어지기 위해서는 학교별로 선발된 면접위원들에게 ‘면접관 역량강화교육’을 이수토록 하여 면접위원의 전문성을 향상 시켜야 한다. 또한, 주로 전문교과 교사들로 이루어진 면접위원단에 취업지도에 대한 전문성을 가지 고 있는 취업지원관을 참여시키면 면접평가의 신뢰도 향상에 크게 기여할 것이다.

영문 초록

This research aims to explore the future development measures for special admissions for job seekers by making an analysis of the admission factors of special admissions for job seekers in specialized high schools. To this end, three procedures were carried out: First, a comparative analysis was made by collecting materials published on school notification; materials of information disclosure requested by the Ministry of Education; admission guidelines posted on each school s homepage; and admission data provided by the Office of Education. Second, the core admission factors were made based on the results of the analysis. Third, a comparative analysis was made of the items of the evaluation in terms of the core admission factors. Based on the outcomes of these analyses, the conclusions are as follows: First, the research found that interview evaluation served as the core admission factors in the admission factors of special admissions for job seekers. Therefore, in line with the purpose of the introduction of special admissions for job seekers, it is necessary to reflect a lower percentage of academic records and a higher percentage of interviews, the core admission factors. Additionally, concrete measures need to be taken in terms of the types of interviews, such as personality interviews, oral interviews, and practical interviews, which make it possible to reflect students job competencies, and the method of interviews. Second, it is necessary to develop an evaluation indicator that reflects the characteristics of special admissions for job seekers. As a result of the item of interview evaluation in 15 specialized high schools in Daegu, this research found that the content and standard of the evaluation was vague and unspecific. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop indicators for interview evaluation, including various items, standards and questions of the evaluation. Third, it is necessary to have a higher level of validity and reliability of the interview evaluation. To conduct an objective and fair interview, it is imperative for interview members selected by each school to complete Training for Reinforcing Competency of Interview Panels in order to improve the expertise of interview panels. Additionally, for improved reliability of the interview evaluation, it is desirable for employment support workers with expertise in employment guidance to engage in a panel of interviews mainly comprising teachers in specialized subjects.
