국문 초록

본 연구는 소셜미디어를 활용한 자살예방 교육의 온라인 토론 커뮤니티 설계를 목적으로 하고 있 다. 이를 통해 고등학생들의 토론커뮤니티 만족도 인식에 대한 요소를 탐색하고자 하였다. 일반적으 로 학교에서 진행되는 자살예방교육은 대집단 강의 및 캠페인 형태가 보편적이다. 청소년들에게 실질 적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 자살예방교육을 위해서는 학교에서의 한정된 시간 활용 및 청소년 특성을 고려한 맞춤식 교육이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서울 소재 S고등학교에서 자살예방 오프라인 사 전 교육을 받고 2주간의 온라인 토론이 가능한 고등학생 7명을 대상으로 진행되었다. 연구결과, 카카 오톡 온라인 토론 활용 만족도 측면으로 학습에 대한 몰입도, 사용 편리성, 교육방법의 적합성, 교수 자 피드백, 자살예방 교육의 인식 확대로 분석되었다. 또한 만족도 인식 요소로는 심리적 편안함, 학 습자간 적극적인 의견 공유 및 협력학습, 실시간 토론으로 인한 집중력으로 도출되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 중심으로 본 연구의 제한점, 의의, 시사점 및 추후 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to design on-line discussion community for suicide prevention education utilizing social media. Thus, it aims to investigate elements regarding the satisfaction perception in discussion community of high school students. Generally, the suicide prevention education programs in school are often held in lecture for large group of people or campaign. To provide suicide prevention education that actually helps adolescents, it’s required to have customized education that takes account of characteristics of adolescent and make best use of limited time in school. Therefore, 7 high school students of S high school located in Seoul, who received off-line suicide prevention education and are able to have on-line discussion for 2 weeks were selected to conduct survey in this study. The research finding showed that satisfaction on-line discussion utilization was analyzed as immersion in learning, easy usefulness, suitability of education method, teacher’s feedback and increasing awareness of suicide prevention education. Moreover, the elements of satisfaction perception came up with psychological safety, sharing opinion actively between learners, cooperative learning and concentration through real-time discussion. Based on such research findings, the limitation, significance, implication and further study were discussed.
