국문 초록

본 연구는 2016년 5개 지역의 도시재생사업에서 시행한 문화영향평가 결과를 비교분석 하였다. 도 시재생사업의 특성에 따라 문화영향평가의 차이점을 살펴보고자 했다. 문화영향평가는 문화적가치의 중요성을 인식하여 국가나 지자체가 각종 계획과 정책을 수립할 때 문화적 관점에서 국민의 삶의 질 에 미치는 영향을 분석・평가하고자 도입한 제도이기 때문이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 도시재생사업의 특성과 문화영향평가 결과를 교차하여 비교하였다. 또한 문화정체성의 평가지표를 중심으로 대상지별 차이점을 분석하고, 국외 유사사례를 통해 평가지표의 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 주요한 분 석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도시재생사업의 특성이 각기 다름에도 문화영향평가의 결과는 대부분 비슷하였다. 둘째, 설문조사의 평가방법이 모두 다르고, 문화정체성의 지표를 판단하는 세부항목도 차 이가 있었다. 따라서 향후 제도의 타당성을 제고하기 위해서는 도시재생사업의 유형과 특성을 고려한 평가지표의 조정이 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study has conducted comparative analysis on the results of culture impact assessment performed in urban regeneration projects carried out in five different regions in 2016. According to the characteristics of urban regeneration projects, this author intends to examine the differences of culture impact assessment. To address the goal, this researcher conducted cross tabulation analysis on the characteristics of urban regeneration projects and the results of culture impact assessment. Also, concerning the assessment indexes of cultural identity, this study has analyzed differences between the sites and suggests how to improve assessment indexes through analysis on similar cases in overseas. The main analysis results of this study are as follows: first, although urban regeneration projects show different characteristics, the results of culture impact assessment are found to be mostly similar. Second, the assessment methods of surveys vary, and detailed items to gauge the indexes of cultural identity also differ. Therefore, to enhance validity of the system afterwards, it is needed to adjust assessment indexes in consideration of the types and characteristics of urban regeneration projects
