국문 초록

본 연구는 재취업 교육생의 IT융합교육성과와 창업의지와의 영향관계에서 창업 자기효능감의 매개 효과에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 연구대상은 재취업 교육생 165명을 대상으로 2017년 4월 1일부터 2017 년 6월 30일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 사전에 연구대상자에게 설문 취지와 작성방법에 대해 충분히 설명한 후 자기기입식 방법으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 재취업 교육생의 IT융합 교육성과는 창업 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 재취업 교육생의 IT융합 교육성과는 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나났다. 셋째, 재취업 교육생의 IT융합교 육성과와 창업의지와의 영향관계에서 창업 자기효능감의 완전매개 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 재취업 교육생의 창업의지를 향상시켜 창업의 활성화를 위한 창업교육 시스템 마련 의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediating effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on the relationship between the IT convergence education outcomes of re-employment trainees and their entrepreneurial intentions. A survey was carried out on 165 reemployment trainees from April 1, 2017 until June 30, 2017. The questionnaires were given to the subjects in advance by the self - entry method after thoroughly explaining the purpose and method of questioning. The subjects were 165 re-employment trainees, to whom frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 22.0 program. The results of this study are as follows: first, IT convergence education outcomes of re-employment trainees was found to have a significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Second, IT convergence education outcomes of re-employment trainees was found to have positive effects on the entrepreneurial intention. Third, entrepreneurial self-efficacy had a full mediation effect on the relationship between the IT convergence education outcomes and the entrepreneurial intention of re-employment trainees. The implication of this study is expected to serve as basic data for the establishment of entrepreneurship education system by enhancing the entrepreneurial intention of re-employment trainees.
