기하학적 모델링을 위한 조작적, 사회적, 급진적 구성주의의 비교와 다차원적 적용 방법

국문 초록

본 연구는 구성주의를 통해 나올 수 있는 수치들을 창의적인 기하학적 모델링으로 나타내는데 목 적이 있다. 조작적 구성주의, 사회적 구성주의, 급진적 구성주의라는 3가지 유형의 구성주의는 같은 뿌리로부터 시작되었지만 그 안에서 강조하는 부분은 각각 다르다. 이러한 강조점과 차이점에 따라 3 가지 유형의 구성주의를 분류하였고, 평가 기준 표를 제작하였다. 또한, 폴수학학교 웹사이트 상에서 보이는 설립 철학, 교육 목표, 교육과정 특징, 비교과교육과정, 전체교육과정의 내용들을 구문 분석하 여 3가지 구성주의의 평가 기준 표에 적용시켰다. 적용된 부분으로부터 수치를 얻어 낼 수가 있었으 며, 이 수치를 Excel 프로그램에 입력하여 다양한 그래프로 표현하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 데이 터 수치와 그래프 상의 표현을 통하여, 폴수학학교 웹사이트의 내용들이 3가지 구성주의와 얼마나 관 련이 있는지를 알 수가 있었다. 구성주의의 3가지 유형 각각에서 나오는 5가지의 특징들과 폴수학학 교 웹사이트 5개 영역의 조합으로부터 전체 75개의 표본을 얻어낼 수 있었고, 평가 기준표 위에서 폴 수학학교 웹사이트 5가지 영역의 내용에서 추출한 평균들이 통계적으로 차이가 있는지를 판단하기 위해서 귀무가설과 대립가설을 세웠다. 일원분산분석이라는 통계적 기법을 사용하였으며, 분석 결과 유의확률이 0.015로 0.05보다 작으므로 대립가설을 채택하게 되어 평균값이 최소한 한 개는 다르다는 결론을 얻었다. 그리고 좀 더 세밀한 통계적인 분석을 위하여 기술통계량, 등분산 검정, 개체·간 효과 검정에 뒤이어서 사후 분석을 실시하였고, 그 결과 폴수학학교 비교육과정이 교육과정보다 구성주의 성향이 더 강하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로는 총합한 데이터들을 x, y, z라는 3가지 변수로 대응시켰고 Wolfram Mahematica 10.4 프로그램으로 시각화하여 베지어 곡선으로 나타내었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to show the numerical values of constructivism through creative geometrical modeling. Three types of constructivism are operational constructivism, social constructivism, and radical constructivism which are originated from the same root. However, they have different main points. This research classified three types of constructivism according to main points and differences, and an evaluation criteria table was created. In addition, contents of the founding philosophy, educational goals, curriculum features, extra curriculum, and the whole curriculum of the Paul Math school web site are analyzed and applied to the evaluation rubric table related to three types of constructivism. The numerical value obtained was input into the Excel program and was expressed on a variety of graphs. 75 samples from 5 different features from each of the three types of constructivism and from five areas of Paul Math school website were collected. A null hypothesis and an alternative hypothesis were set up in order to compare averages of five 5 areas of Paul Math school web site. One-way ANOVA was used for this test. As a result of the analysis, the significance probability is 0.015, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis was accepted and the researcher concluded that at least one of averages is different. For more detailed statistical analysis, post-hoc analysis as well as descriptive statistics, levene’s test for the equality of variances, and test of between-subjects effects were conducted. As a result, it was found that constructivist trend of extra curriculum of Paul Math school was stronger than that of core curriculum. Finally, the researcher applied the data to Wolfram Mathematica 10.4 program and expressed geometric objects in Bezier curves.
