대학혁신지원사업에 대한 구성원 인식조사 연구

국문 초록

목적 본 연구는 대학혁신지원사업에 대한 전북지역 A대학 구성원의 사업성과 및 차기 사업성과를 위한 인식도 조사하여 앞으로 대학혁신지원사업 구상을 위한 기초적인 자료를 구축하기 위한 것이다. 방법 설문에 응답한 교직원 118명의 자료를 분석하였으며, 구성원이 인식하고 있는 사업 행동적 특성, 사업 분야별 중요도-만족도 분석 및 구성원 집단(직원 vs. 교원) 간 차이 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 A대학 사례인 대학혁신지원사업에 대한 구성원 만족도와 성과 인식조사 결과, 사업 영역에서도 불균형이 확인되었고, 직원 집단이 사업에 참여하는 교원 집단보다 더 높은 만족도와 성과 인식도를 보였다. 이를 통하여 사업 영역의 균등한 분배와 균형적인 구성원 성과 인식을 위한 전략적 노력이 요청됨을 알 수 있다. 결론 대학은 대학중장기발전계획에 기반한 혁신을 위한 전략이 필요하며, 교육의 공급자인 구성원들의 다양성을 존중하면서 사업에 관한 관심 및 이해도를 높이는 전략이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study is to investigate the business performance of A university members in the Jeonlabuk-do region and their perceptions for the next project performance for the University Innovation Support Project to build basic data for future University Innovation Support Project ideas. Methods We analyzed data obtained from 118 respondent using a series of frequency analyses, Importance- Performance analyses and t-test. Results As a result of the member satisfaction and performance perception survey on the university innovation support project, the staff group showed higher satisfaction and performance perception than the faculty group participating in the project. We found that strategic efforts were needed to balance the equal distribution the performance and perception of members. Conclusions Through this study, we demonstrated that a strategy for innovation based on the university's mid- to long-term development plan is needed separately, and that this innovation strategy is to increase interest and understanding of the business while respecting the diversity of members who are education providers.
