국문 초록

인류문명의 발달로 세계인의 평균수명이 증가하고 있으며, 사회인구구조에서 노인 인구가 차지하는 비중이 크게 증가하고 있다. 사회적 문제인 인구 고령화가 뒤따랐다. 오늘날, 노인들의 안전 문제는 세계의 관심사 중 하나가 되었다. 노인의 주거문제 해결은 노인의 사회보장 강화에 있어 중요한 부분이며, 노인 주거 문제는 오늘날 사회 안정을 위한 중요한 문제가 되었다. 오늘날 중국의 고령화 사회가 급속히 발전함에 따라 가족 돌봄 역량이 약해지면서 실버타운 입주를 선택하는 노인 인구도 해마다 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 주로 중국 고령자 아파트에 거주하는 노인을 연구 대상으로 삼고, 이들의 필요성과 특성을 조사하고 분석하자고 한다. 중국의 실버타운에 거주하는 노인들의 생활여건을 파악하면서 실버타운의 외부환경시설에 대한 평가와 연구를 진행하여 실외활동장소의 구성수준과 완성도를 반영하고 있다. 본 연구는 실버타운의 실외 환경시설을 중심으로 실버타운에 거주한 경험이 있는 노인을 대상으로 노인의 특성과 만족도의 상관관계를 객관적으로 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 네트워크를 통해 직접 채우는 방법과 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 통계적 분석 결과를 수행하였고, 상세한 신뢰성 및 타당성 검증을 통해 요인을 확보하였다. 이를 바탕으로 상관분석과 회귀분석의 결과로서 가설검증을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 노년층의 실외활동 특성을 종합하면 안전성, 상대적 프라이버시, 상대적 개방성이 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 노인을 위한 실외활동의 안전성과 상대적 프라이버시, 상대적 개방성을 실외시설 조정의 기준요소로 삼는 것이 매우 중요하다.

영문 초록

With the development of human civilization, the average life expectancy of the world's people is increasing, and the proportion of the elderly population in the social demographic structure is increasing significantly. Population aging, a social problem, followed. Today, the safety of the elderly has become one of the world's concerns. Resolving the housing problem of the elderly is an important part of strengthening the social security of the elderly, and the problem of housing for the elderly has become an important issue for social stability today. Today, as China's aging society rapidly develops, the elderly population who chooses to move into Silver Town is increasing year by year as family care capabilities are weakening. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the needs and characteristics of the elderly living in Chinese elderly apartments mainly. While understanding the living conditions of the elderly living in Silver Town in China, evaluation and research on the external environmental facilities of Silver Town are conducted to reflect the level and completeness of the outdoor activity venues. This study aims to objectively identify the correlation between the characteristics of the elderly and their satisfaction with the elderly who have lived in Silver Town, focusing on the outdoor environmental facilities of Silver Town. For this, a method of filling in directly through a network and an online survey were conducted. Statistical analysis results were performed, and factors were secured through detailed reliability and validity verification. Based on this, the results of correlation analysis and regression analysis are summarized as follows. Combining the characteristics of outdoor activities of the elderly, safety, relative privacy, and relative openness had a positive effect on satisfaction. Therefore, it is very important to use the safety, relative privacy, and relative openness of outdoor activities for the elderly as standard factors for adjusting outdoor facilities.
