영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the educational effects and implications of the Problems-Based Learning (PBL) model, in the context of K university’s . is important as it is designed and operated in a very different way from that of other universities. Hence, the influence of the characteristics of the class on the effectiveness of PBL was examined. The study found that, first, the autonomy and independence of subject selection play a positive role in increasing learning motivation and effectiveness. Second, the flexibility of class management positively influences educational effects and performance; therefore, the researcher recommended the active use of the flexibility policy of the Ministry of Education. Finally, the publication of research, the perception that students can use their knowledge and skills to help others and the society, positively affect learning effects and research performance.
