영문 초록

Married women leave their careers for various reasons, such as marriage, childbirth, and having to provide childcare. These women experience feelings of helplessness, emptiness, and social alienation, contact with external support systems. This study was conducted on a married woman who was unemployed at the time of the study. It aimed to determine which positive changes she had experienced and which alternative narratives were developed through narrative therapy. The results of this study were as follows. Narrative therapy helped the participant move from a lack of confidence and a sense of worthlessness toward feeling hopeful. Although she had been cut off from various resources, she beganto view herself as independent. She also felt a sense of value and purpose in her life. These results indicate that narrative therapy helped her identify her potential and formulate plans.
