예비 가정과교사의 자기이해 변인이 변화역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비 가정과교사의 자기이해 하위변인인 자기개념 명료성, 진로정체성, 자기 효능감과 변화역량간의 관계를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 전국의 예비 가정과교사를 대상으로 2019년 11월 30일부터 12월 16일까지 구조화된 설문지를 수집하였고, 총 156부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. SPSS 22.0 프로그램으로 기술통계, 요인분석, t검증과 일원분산분석, Pearson 적률상관계수, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비 가정과교사는 자기이해 정도보다 변화역량이 상대적으로 높게 나타났으며, 자기이해에서는 진로정체성이 가장 높았고 자기개념 명료성, 자기 효능감의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비 가정과교사들의 변화역량은 예비 가정과교사들의 일반적 요인(학년, 교육실습 경험, 과목 수강경험)에 따라 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 셋째, 예비 가정과교사들의 변화역량 및 관련 변인들은 서로 유의한 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 예비 가정과교사들의 자기이해 하위변인들은 변화역량에 유의한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 예비 가정과교사의 변화역량 강화를 위한 교육과정 개발의 기초 자료 제공에 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the change competency of prospective home economics teachers, self-concept clarity, career identity, and self-efficacy. The subjects of this study were 156 pre-teachers attending the Department of Home Economics Education, National University. The data were collected from November 30 to December 16, 2019, and the data were processed using the SPSS 22.0 program. The results of this study are as follows. First, the prospective home economics teacher showed a higher change competency than his/her own understanding, and the self-understanding showed the highest career identity, followed by self-conceptual clarity and self-efficacy. Second, there were no significant differences in the change competency of prospective home economics teachers according to the general factors of prospective home economics teachers (grades, educational practice experiences, and course taking experiences). Third, there were significant positive correlations between the change competency and the related variables of prospective home economics teachers. Fourth, the sub-variables of self-understanding of prospective home economics teachers were found to have a significant influence on change capacity. In this research, it is significant to provide basic materials for curriculum development to strengthen the change ability of prospective home economics teacher.
