성인학습자의 평생학습 참여 동기, 심리적 임파워먼트, 평생학습 성과와 자기효능감의 구조적 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 성인학습자의 평생학습 참여 동기, 심리적 임파워먼트, 학습 성과와 자기효능감의 구조적 관계와 심리적 임파워먼트와 학습 성과의 매개 효과를 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 성인학습자의 평생학습 참여 동기와 심리적 임파워먼트의 경로에서 학습 성과의 간접효과는 .388(p<.001), 학습 성과와 자기효능감의 경로에서 학습 성과에 대한 간접효과는 .191(p<.001), 그리고 평생학습 참여 동기와 자기효능감의 경로에서 학습 성과와 심리적 임파워먼트의 이중매개 효과는 .293(p<.001)이었다. 본 연구의 결론 및 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평생학습 참여 동기는 심리적 임파워먼트와 평생학습 성과, 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 성인학습자의 평생학습 참여 동기는 자기효능감에 직접적인 영향이 있었다. 셋째, 평생학습 성과와 심리적 임파워먼트는 평생학습 참여 동기와 자기효능감 관계에서 매개역할을 하였다. 연구결과 성인의 심리적 임파워먼트는 평생학습 성과를 통해 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향이 있었다. 따라서 성인학습자의 자기효능감 증진을 위해서는 평생학습 참여 동기 증진과 심리적 임파워먼트 향상 노력이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to reveal the motivation of adult learners to participate in lifelong learning, psychological empowerment, structural relationship of learning performance and self-efficacy, and the mediating effect of psychological empowerment and learning performance. The study targets 532 adult lifelong learners in North Jeolla Province, consisting of 167 males (31.4%) and 365 females (68.6%). The indirect effect of learning performance on the motivation of adult learners and the path of psychological impact is .388(p<.001). The indirect effect on learning performance in the path of learning performance and self-efficacy is .191(p<.001). And in the course of lifelong learning participation and self-efficacy, the dual medium effect of learning performance and psychological impact is 2.93(p<.001). The conclusions and suggestions of this study are as follows. First, motivation to participate in lifelong learning had a positive effect on psychological empowerment, lifelong learning performance and self-efficacy. Second, adult learners motivation to participate in lifelong learning had a direct impact on self-efficacy. Therefore, efforts were needed to improve the motivation for adult learners to participate in lifelong learning in order to improve their self-efficacy. Third, the performance of lifelong learning and psychological empowerment played a role as a medium between the motivation for participation in lifelong learning and the self-efficacy relationship. Therefore, in order to enhance the self-efficacy of adult learners, measures to improve psychological empowerment through learning outcomes are needed.
