국문 초록

본 연구는 유아의 문제행동지도에 대한 교사의 협력 전략을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 만 5세 산들반 유아 1명과 교사 1명을 참여자로 하여 2019년 3월부터 10월까지 약 8개월 동안 참여관찰과 교사면담을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 유아의 문제행동지도를 위한 교사의 협력 전략은 학급과 기관, 가정 차원으로 나누어 살펴볼 수 있었다. 학급 내 협력은 유아들과의 협력을 통해 이뤄낸 전략으로 ‘약속 정하기, 공감대 형성하기, 모범 보이기, 긍정적 관계 맺기’로 나타났으며, 기관 차원에서의 협력은 기관 내 관리자 및 교사들과 연계하는 과정에서 ‘관찰자 되어주기, 지도 과정에 동참하기, 변화 과정 격려하기’의 전략이 관찰되었다. 마지막으로 가정 협력으로는 ‘지도 및 기대 수준 설정하기, 지도 방법 통일하기, 정서적 지원하기’의 전략이 활용되고 있음을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 효과적인 문제행동지도를 위한 협력 전략의 실제 및 문제행동지도를 바라보는 포괄적인 관점을 제공하였다는 측면에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the cooperative strategies of a teacher for the instruction of problem behavior in a young child. For this, observations and teacher interviews were conducted a child and a teacher in Sandeul class of 5-year-olds as the research participants for eight months from March to October 2019. As a result, the teacher s cooperative strategies for the instruction of problem behavior in a young child could divide into class, institution, and family. First, In-class cooperation is strategies achieved through collaboration with young children, and it has shown as ‘making rules, forming consensus, showing models, and establishing positive relationships’. Second, in cooperation at the institutional level, the strategies of ‘being an observer, participating in the instructional process, and encouraging the process of change’ were observed in connection with directors and teachers in the institution. Lastly, it finds that the strategies of ‘setting the level of guidance and expectations, unifying instructional methods, and supporting emotionally’ are being used as family cooperation. The results of this study are significant in that they provided a comprehensive view of the actual and problem behavior instructions of the cooperation strategy for effective problem behavior instructions.
