사이코드라마 기법을 활용한 재외한국학생 진로진학 집단상담프로그램 개발

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 재외한국학생의 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 집단상담 프로그램을 구안하고 실시하여 프로그램의 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 진로성숙도 향상 진로진학 집단상담 프로그램은 박인우의 상담프로그램 개발 모형을 바탕으로 구안하였다. 연구대상은 인도네시아에 위치한 0000한국국제학교의 고등학생을 대상으로 집단상담에 참여를 희망하는 학생들을 모집하여 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 20명씩 배치하였다. 그리고, 실험집단을 대상으로 2019년 5월 7일부터 7월 11일까지 총 12회기의 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 진로진학 집단상담 프로그램을 실시하였다. 실험결과, 진로진학 집단상담 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 진로성숙도의 변화가 통제집단의 점수 변화와 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 사이코드라마 기법을 활용하여 활동중심의 집단상담이 가능하도록 프로그램을 구성했다는 것과, 외국에서 생활하고 있는 재외한국학생의 진로성숙의 특징과 요구를 반영하여 이들의 합리적인 진로설계와 진로성숙을 위한 진로진학 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 의의 및 현실적인 제한점과 후속 연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to construct a group counseling program to improve the career maturity of Overseas Korean students and to verify the effectiveness of the program. Career maturity improvement career-guidance group counseling program is based on Park In - woo s counseling program development model. The subjects of this study were 20 high school students of ㅇㅇㅇㅇKorean International School located in Indonesia. The students who wanted to participate in group counseling were placed in experimental group and control group respectively. In addition, career-guidance group counseling program was conducted for the experimental group to improve career maturity for a total of 12 sessions from May 7 to July 11, 2019. The results showed that the change of career maturity of experimental group participating in career-guidance group counseling program was significantly different from that of control group. The purpose of this study is to construct a program that enables group-based counseling based on activities using the psychodrama technique, and to reflect the characteristics and needs of career maturity of Overseas Korean students, This is because the program has been developed and tested for effectiveness. Finally, the significance of this study and its practical limitations and future research directions were discussed.
