어린이집 초임원장의 운영관리 지원 컨설팅 모형 개발을 위한 델파이 조사

국문 초록

본 연구는 델파이 조사를 활용하여 어린이집 초임원장의 운영관리 지원 컨설팅 모형 개발의 기초자료를 얻고자하는데 그 목적이 있다. 전문가 패널 21명을 대상으로 델파이 설문지를 총 3회 배부, 회수하여 평균, 표준편차, CVR, 합의도, 수렴도 값을 산출하여 패널들의 합의 수준을 살펴보았다. 연구결과 어린이집 초임원장의 운영관리 지원을 위한 컨설팅 모형은 원장의 기본심리욕구에 기반한 개인의 행복한 성장과 업무적 차원에서의 운영관리 전문성 함양을 목적으로 시·군·구 육아종합지원센터 주관, 원장경력을 가진 지역 내 유아교육 또는 보육전문가와 현장전문가들이 컨설팅의 방법으로 초임원장과 함께 현행 수준을 점검하고 방안을 모색하여 실행하도록 성장과 과정의 관점에서 지원하는 활동으로 정의하였다. 델파이 조사결과에 따라 본 모형의 운영관리 지원영역 및 내용, 절차, 관점, 원리, 담당자 및 담당기관에 대한 내용적합성과 타당도를 살펴본 결과 매우 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 한 초임원장의 어린이집 운영관리 지원을 위한 컨설팅 모형 개발이 된다면 초임원장의 개인적 안녕감과 전문성 향상은 물론 어린이집 운영의 상시 관리나 질 관리 차원에서 긍정적인 효과를 가져올 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to obtain basic data on the develop a consulting model to support the operation and management of the first-time director of childcare center by utilizing Delphi survey. A total of three rounds of Delphi questionnaire were distributed and retrieved to 21 expert panel members to calculate average, standard deviation, CVR, agreement degree and convergence values to examine the panel s level of agreement. As a result of the study, the consulting model for supporting the operation management of the first-time director of childcare center for the purpose of happily growing individuals based on the basic psychological needs of the director and fostering expertise in operation management at the business level. It is an activity organized by the city, county, and district childcare support center, and supported from the perspective of growth and process so that infant education or childcare experts in the region with the first-time director can check the current level and seek and implement measures through consulting methods. According to the Delphi method results, it was found that it was very suitable as a result of examining the content and validity of the operational management support areas and contents of this model, and also the procedures, perspectives, principles, management and personnel in charge of consulting. Based on these results, it is expected that the development of a consulting model to support the operation and management of child care centers by the first-time director will have a positive effect in terms of improving personal well-being and professionalism of the first-time director as well as regular management of child care center operations.
