국문 초록

본 연구는 ‘수업실천’, ‘수업만족도’, ‘수업혁신 저해요인’에 대한 초등교사의 인식의 차이 분석을 통해 초등수업혁신의 바람직한 방향을 제공하고자 경기도에 소재한 10개 초등학교의 교사 165명의 응답 내용을 분석하였다. 분석결과 여교사와 교직경력이 높은 교사들이 수업혁신을 위한 수업실천에 높은 인식을 보여 수업혁신 정책이 어느 정도 정착되어 가고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 수업만족도 역시 높았으며, 이는 학교생활의 모든 활동에서 만족스러운 학교생활을 하고 있다는 것을 의미한다. 또한, 수업혁신 저해요인으로 교사들은 가르쳐야 하는 교과서의 양이 많고, 같은 반 학생의 수준 차이가 심한 것이 수업혁신을 저해하는 가장 큰 요인으로 보고 있다. 따라서 수업혁신의 일반화를 위해서는 최소한의 성취수준 제시, 학교 구성원의 수업 지원, 수업 나눔, 혁신적인 수업을 잘하는 동료교사의 존재, 관리자의 격려와 지지 등의 방안이 필요하다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 수업혁신 정책의 정착을 위해 교육청에서는 우선적으로 교사들의 수업혁신 역량을 높이는 일에 집중해야 하며, 단위학교 교육과정의 편성·운영 권한과 교사의 수업권과 평가권이 보장 받을 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the responses of 165 teachers from 10 elementary schools in Gyeonggi-do to provide information on the desirable directions for elementary school innovation through the difference in perception among elementary school teachers on class practice , class satisfaction level and class innovation inhibitors . The analysis showed that female teachers and teachers with high teaching experience were highly aware of class practice for class innovation, indicating that the policy of class innovation was being established to some extent. And the satisfaction level of the class was also high, which means that they are having a satisfactory school life in all activities of school life. In addition, as a factor that hinders class innovation, teachers consider the large amount of textbooks to be taught and the large difference in level between students in the same class as the biggest factor that hinders class innovation. Therefore, for the generalization of class innovation, measures such as presentation of a minimum level of achievement, support for classes by school members, class sharing, the presence of fellow teachers who are good at innovative classes, and encouragement and support from managers are necessary. Based on the above research results, in order to establish the class innovation policy, the Office of Education should first focus on enhancing the class innovation capacity of teachers, and the authority to organize and operate the curriculum of the unit school and the authority to teach and evaluate the teacher can be guaranteed. There must be a plan.
