대학의 진로상담 프로그램 개발을 위한 대학생의 진로인식과 요구도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 진로에 대한 고민으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 대학생들에게 자신의 인지적 변인들을 바람직하게 변화시킬 수 있는 경험을 제공하고, 자기효능감을 높일 수 있는 진로상담 집단프로그램을 개발을 위해 대학생들이 생각하는 진로에 대한 인식과 요구도를 확인하여 프로그램 개발의 기초를 다지고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구(descriptive study)로, 인간대상 연구계획 연구윤리 승인(KHNMC 2020-06-020-001) 후 2020년 6월 6일부터 8월 30일까지 경기도 D대학 재학생 446명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 spss/win 24.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 학생들은 진로선택 시 경제적으로 안정된 삶을 가장 추구하였으며, 진로 자신감도 비교적 높게 나타났다. 대학생의 진로발달과업을 위해 자기 특성 및 성정과 변화에 대한 탐색, 일과 학업, 훈련 및 경험과의 관계 이해, 명확한 진로 목표의 설정, 그리고 목표에 적합한 진로계획 수립 및 실행이 가장 필요한 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구에 참여한 대부분의 학생은 진로상담 집단프로그램이 필요하다고 하였으며, 진로상담 집단프로그램을 통해 ‘자신에 대한 이해’, 진로에 대한 자신감, ‘일과 직업선택’, ‘직업세계에 대한 이해’ 들을 배우고 싶어 하였다. 본 연구결과에 따르면 대학생들은 자기이해와 관련된 자아탐색 및 자신감에 대한 요구가 컸으며, 현실적인 진로 선택을 위한 목표설정의 요인을 경험하고자 하였다. 이러한 요구는 성공적인 직업선택을 위해서는 자신에 대한 명확한 이해도가 선행되어야 함을 알 수 있으며, 이러한 내용을 포함한 진로개발 프로그램의 개발이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

영문 초록

This study provides an experience that can change their cognitive variables desirably to lower grade college students who are struggling with career worries, and to develop a career counseling group program that can enhance self-efficacy. This study was conducted with 446 students of D University in Gyeonggi-do. As a result of analysis, students pursued economically stable life most when choosing a career path. For college students career development tasks, the most necessary factors were the exploration of one s own characteristics and personality and change, understanding the relationship between work and study, training, and experience, setting clear career goals, and establishing and execution career plans suitable for goals. Most of the students said that they needed a career counseling group program. Also, they wanted to learn topics about self-understanding, confidence in career, work and career choice, and understanding of the world of work. College students had a great demand for self-exploration and self-confidence related to self-understanding, and they tried to experience the factors of goal setting for realistic career choice. These demands indicate that a clear understanding of oneself must be preceded for successful job selection, and it seems necessary to develop a career development program including these contents.
