예비유아교사의 자기주도역량, 협동역량, 대학생활적응과의 관계

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 예비유아교사의 자기주도역량, 협동역량, 대학생활적응의 관계와 문제해결역량의 매개 효과를 알아봄으로써 예비유아교사의 역량과 대학생활적응을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경기, 전북 지역 4곳의 유아교육과 학생 360명을 대상으로 2020년 1월 3일부터 30일까지 4주간 설문조사를 하였고 최종 168부를 분석 대상으로 하여 다음과 같은 주요결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 자기주도역량, 협동역량과 대학생활적응과의 관계를 알아본 결과, 자기주도역량과 협동역량이 높을수록 대학생활적응도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 자기주도역량과 대학생활 적응간의 관계에서 문제해결역량은 부분매개변수로서 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 협동역량과 대학생활 적응 간의 관계에서 문제해결역량의 매개 효과를 살펴본 결과, 협동역량은 문제해결역량을 완전매개로 대학생활 적응에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 향후 유아교사양성과정의 교육과정에서 대학생활 적응 및 미래 유아교사로서 요구되는 자기주도역량, 협동역량, 문제해결역량 함양을 위한 교육과정 운영 방법과 다양한 비교과 프로그램을 개발하고 지속적으로 실행할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-directed, cooperative competencies and college life adaptation, and to examine whether the problem-solving competence would mediate the correlation between self-directed, cooperative competencies and college life adaptation in pre-service early childhood teachers. One hundred sixty eight students majoring early childhood education at 4 universities in Gyeonggi and Jeonbuk area. This study results are as follows; First, pre-service early childhood teacher who has higher self-directed competence and cooperative competence has significantly higher level of college life adaptation. Second, pre-service early childhood teachers’ problem-solving competence partially mediates the relationship between self-directed competence and college life adaptation. Also, pre-service early childhood teachers’ problem-solving competence totally mediates the relationship between self-directed competence and college life adaptation. This study determined the importance of self-directed, cooperative, and problem-solving competencies for college life adaptation. It is necessary to develop these competencies required as future early childhood teachers based on changes in the curriculum.
