유아교사의 직무스트레스와 프로그램 질의 관계에서 자기탄력성의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 유아교육기관에 재직 중인 유아교사의 직무스트레스와 교육 프로그램 질의 관계에서 교사의 자기탄력성의 매개 효과를 살펴보는 것이다. 연구대상은 G지역 유아교육기관에 재직 중인 유아교사 233명이었으며, 직무스트레스, 프로그 램의 질, 자기탄력성 척도를 사용하여 설문을 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 이용하여 연구문제에 따라 t-검증과 F검증, 상관분석, 단계별 회귀분석을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사들의 직무스트레스, 프로그 램의 질, 자기탄력성은 유의미한 결과가 나타났다. 둘째, 직무스트레스, 프로그램의 질 및 자기탄력성 간에는 유의한 정적 상호상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 영유아교사가 인식한 자기탄력성은 직무스트레스와 프로그램의 질과의 관계에서 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 유아교사의 교육 프로그램의 질을 확보하기 위해서는 유아교사의 자기탄력성의 중요함을 시사한다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 유아교사의 자기탄력성을 향상시킬 수 있는 실천적 방안에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate mediation effects of self-resilience on a relationship between job stress of early childhood teachers of early childhood educational institutes and quality of program. The subject of this study are 233 early childhood teachers who are working in early childhood educational institutes in G are, and carried out questionnaire survey using job stress, quality of program, and self-resilience scale. This study applied t-test, F-test, correlation analysis, and stepwise regression analysis according to the research problems. The results of this study are as follows. First, job stress, quality of program, and self-resilience of early childhood teachers showed significant results. Secondly, there was a significantly positive cross-correlation between job stress, quality of program, and self-resilience. Thirdly, it was identified that self-resilience that early childhood teachers recognized is playing a partial mediating role in a relationship between job stress and quality of program. This signifies that self-resilience of early childhood teachers is important for securing quality of educational program of early childhood teachers. This study discussed practical measures for improving self-resilience of early childhood teachers based on these results.
