초등 예비교사의 체육교과 수업지식 함양 과정에 관한 사례 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 초등 예비교사들이 신체활동 프로그램 개발과 적용 과정을 반성하면서 습득한 수업 지식의 가치를 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 경기도 소재 00교육대학교에서 2016년도 1∼2학기 ‘체육과교육Ⅱ’ 수업에 참여한 3학년 108명을 연구 대상자로 선정하였다. 그리고 신체활동 프로그램 개발과 적용 과정 경험에 대한 반성일지와 동료 피드백 자료를 수집하여 Spradley(1979)의 영역분석과 분류분석 방법으로 내용을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 예비교사들은 다양한 교과 지식을 분석하며 프로그램 개발의 방향을 찾을 수 있었다. 둘째, 과제제시와 피드백 제공의 문제점을 보이며 가르침의 어려움을 경험하였다. 셋째, 학습자에 대한 이해의 중요성을 배울 수 있었다. 넷째, 학습지를 개발과 적용 과정에서 나타나는 문제점을 발견할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 효율적인 체육수업을 위한 수업환경 조직의 중요성을 이해할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 예비교사들의 경험과 반성에서 나타난 수업지식 함양의 가치를 선행연구와 비교하였으며, 실천 중심의 예비교사 교육을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the development and beliefs of the elementary pre-service teachers’ pedagogical content knowledge in teacher training program. Subjects were 108 junior college students who enrolled in two‘Teaching Physical Education’classes in 2016. For the data collection, reflective journal and the peer feedback on pre-service teachers were used to determine the level of PCK and the value of reflection. Date were analyzed using domain analysis and taxonomic analysis proposed by Spradley(1979). The findings are as follows. First, pre-teachers could navigate to develop a creative activity program through contents knowledge analysis. Second, experienced difficulty in teaching that over the problem of task and feedback presentation. Third, realized the importance of children characteristic understanding. Fourth, found a problem in process handout development and application. Lastly, tried to optimize the classroom environment. It is discussed with reference about the value of elementary pre-service teachers’ experience and reflection, and suggested PCK based education.
