충청남도 평생교육 실천에 관한 언론 보도 분석

국문 초록

지역사회는 평생교육 실천의 장으로, 다양한 학습활동이 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 충청남도를 지역평생교육 실천의 장으로 보고, 의미 연결망 분석(Semantic Network Analysis) 방법을 활용하여 언론에 보도된 충청남도 평생교육의 실천 동향 을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2017년 10월 12일부터 23일까지 12일간 중앙지 5개지, 지역지 5개지를 대상으로 547편의 신문기사를 수집하였다. 수집한 신문기사를 분석자료로 첫째, 평생교육법 전후 평생교육 실천 구조의 변화와 둘째, 충청남도 지역 전반 의 평생교육 실천을 분석하였다. 분석에는 연결중심성 분석과 커뮤니티 분석을 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 충청남도는 평생교육법 개정 이후 프로그램과 평생학습도시 조성 사업을 중심으로 다양화, 세분화되었다. 둘째, 충청남도 지역 평생교육은 관(官) 중심의 실천이 이루어지면서도 지역별로 차별성 있는 프로그램이 관찰되었다. 셋째, 취미 위주의 문화예술교육, 성인문해교육에서 구체적인 프로그램이 활성화되어 있었다.

영문 초록

Local community is a place to practice lifelong education, and various learning activities are being carried out. The purpose of this study is to analyze the practice of lifelong education in Chungcheongnam-do as an place of actual practice of lifelong education. Therefore, this study analyzed the practical trend of lifelong education in Chungcheongnam-do based on articles reported in the media using SNA(semantic network analysis) method. For this purpose, 547 news articles were collected from five metropolitan newspapers and five local newspapers for 12 days(10. 12. 2017-10. 23. 2017). Based on the analysis of the collected newspaper articles, first, this study analyzed the changes of the lifelong education practice structure before and after the implementation of the lifelong education method. Second, this study analyzed the overall lifelong education practices in Chungcheongnam-do region. Based on the result of analyzing the newspaper articles collected, this study analyzed the changes in the practice structure of lifelong education before and after the lifelong education law and the practice of lifelong education in Chungcheongnam-do. This study used degree centrality analysis and community analysis. The conclusion of this study is as follows. First, lifelong education in Chungcheongnam-do has been mainly composed of policy research and research on children. However, since the revision of the Lifelong Education Law, it has been diversified centering on programs and lifelong learning city development projects. Second, the lifelong education in Chungcheongnam-do is centered on institutions, and differentiated programs are observed in each region. Third, specific programs were active in hobby-oriented culture arts education and adult literacy education.
