국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 진로역량강화 프로그램이 교육복지우선지원사업학교 초등학 생의 자기효능감과 진로성숙도 및 학습동기에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이 를 위해 부산 소재의 N초등학교에 다니는 6학년 학생 36명을 선정하여 실험집단, 비교집단, 통제집단에 각 12명씩 배치하였다. 실험집단에는 진로역량강화 프로그 램을, 비교집단에는 일반 진로상담 프로그램을 각각 12회기에 걸쳐 실시하였고 통 제집단은 아무런 처치를 가하지 않았다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN(Version 21.0) 을 사용하여 통계 처리하였고, 일원변량분석을 실시하였으며, 사후검증을 위해 Scheffé 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로역량강화 프로그 램을 실시한 집단은 비교집단과 통제집단에 비해 자기효능감의 하위요인인 자기 조절효능감, 과제난이도선호 향상에 효과가 있었다. 둘째, 진로역량강화 프로그램 을 실시한 집단은 비교집단과 통제집단에 비해 진로성숙도의 하위요인인 자기이 해, 일에대한태도, 독립심 향상에 효과가 있었다. 셋째, 진로역량강화 프로그램을 실시한 집단은 비교집단과 통제집단에 비해 학습동기의 하위요인인 본질동기, 수 업동기, 계속동기 향상에 효과가 있었다. 이를 통해 교육복지우선지원사업학교 초 등학생을 위한 하나의 진로상담 프로그램의 모델을 제공하였다는 점에서 본 연구 의 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of career competency empowerment program on self efficacy, career maturity and learning motivation of children at the educational welfare priority project school. The subjects of this study were 36 children who attended the educational welfare priority project school in Busan. They were divided into three different groups (an experiment group, a comparative group and a control group) and each group had 12 children. Career competency empowerment program was applied to the experiment group and the career counseling program was applied to the comparative group. Each program consisted of 12 sessions. The data was analyzed using One-Way ANOVA(Analysis of Variance) of SPSS/WIN(Version 21.0) statistics program. The conclusion, based on the results and discussions, were as follows: First, career competency empowerment program had a meaningful effect on the self efficacy of children at the educational welfare priority project school. Also, it showed a significant result in self regulated efficacy and content difficulty of the self efficacy. Second, career competency empowerment program had a meaningful effect on the career maturity of children at the educational welfare priority project school. Also, it had an influence on self understanding, attitude toward working and independent spirit of the career maturity. Third, career competency empowerment program had a meaningful effect on the learning motivation of children at the educational welfare priority project school. Also, it had an influence on intrinsic motivation, instructional motivation and continuing motivation of the learning motivation. Based on the findings above, this study showed that career competency empowerment program helps children at the educational welfare priority project school improve their self efficacy, career maturity and learning motivation.
