국문 초록

본 연구는 융복합교육 관점에 따라 초등사회과 교과서의 학습과제를 분석하고 이 의 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 토대로 사회과 융복합교육의 구 성 틀을 재구성하였고, 이러한 틀에 의거하여 현행 초등사회과 교과서의 학습과제를 분석하였다. 이의 분석에 따른 사회과에의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 융복합 목표 차원에서 사회과 교과서의 학습과제를 분석한 결과, 도구의 상호작용적 활용 역량이 가장 많이 분석되었다. 둘째, 융복합 방식 차원에서는 단학문적, 다학문적 방식이 나 타났고 그 외의 융복합 방식은 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 융복합 맥락 차원에서는 대 체적으로 지역사회 수준의 맥락이 많이 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 현행 초등사회과 교과서에 융복합교육적 요소가 부족함을 나타내고 있다. 이의 분석 결과는 향후 사 회과 융복합교육의 연구 방향과 융복합적 관점에 의한 사회과 교과서 개발에 토대 가 될 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze learning tasks in elementary social studies textbooks from the standpoint of convergence education and to obtain an implication. For achieving this purpose, a framework of convergence education in social studies was reorganized, based on previous studies and using this framework, learning tasks of current elementary social studies textbooks were analyzed. The study findings are as follows. First, when learning tasks of social studies textbooks were analyzed in terms of convergence goals, interactive tool application capabilities were analyzed the most. Second, in terms of convergence methods, single-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary methods were found and other methods except these were not found. Third, in terms of convergence contexts, generally, community-based contexts were analyzed a lot. These results show that current elementary social studies textbooks lack convergence education elements. It is anticipated that these results will serve as the foundation for the directivity of convergence education research and convergence standpoint-based social studies textbook development in the future.
