국문 초록

이 연구는 초·중·고등학교 운동부 지도자(감독교사·전임코치)를 대상으로 선수인 권 관리자로서의 역할 수행에 대한 인식을 분석하였다. 연구방법은 연구대상자의 성 별과 직책에 따른 분석은 독립표본 t검증을 실시하였고 학력, 소재지역, 학교급, 종 목군, 지도경력에 따른 분석은 일원배치분산분석(ANOVA)과 Tukey법을 사용하여 검증하였다. 선수인권 관리자로서의 역할 수행 인식에 대한 연구 결과는 다음과 같 다. 첫째, 학교운동부 지도자들은 선수들의 인성함양을 위한 지도에 노력하고 있으 며, 성별, 직책, 학력, 종목군, 지도경력에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 학교운동 부 지도자들은 선수들의 자율적인 운동참여를 위한 동기부여를 위해 노력하고 있으 며, 성별, 학력에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 학교운동부 지도자들은 경기력 증진을 위한 심리기술 훈련기회 제공에 노력하고 있으며, 성별, 학력, 지도경력에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 넷째, 학교운동부 지도자들은 선수들의 생활기술 함양을 위해 노력하고 있으며, 성별, 직책, 학력, 근무지역, 지도경력에서 유의한 차이가 나 타났다. 다섯째, 학교운동부 지도자들은 선수들의 학습환경(학습권 보장) 조성을 위 해 노력하고 있으며, 근무지역, 학교급에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed perception about role operation as human rights manager of player targeting full-time coach and supervision teacher of elementary, middle and high schools athletic club. The study method were independent two samples t-test according to gender and job title and One-way ANOVA and Tukey according to educational background, region, school level, event group, instruction career. The results about perception about role operation as human rights manager of player are drawn below. First of all, instructors of school athletic team tried to cultivate personality, it was significant differences in gender, job title, educational background, event group, instruction career. Second, instructors of school athletic team tried to motivate for player to participate autonomous exercise, it was significant differences in gender, educational background. Third, instructors of school athletic team tried to provide training opportunities of psychological skills for promoting athletic performance, it was significant differences in gender, educational background, instruction career. Fourth, instructors of school athletic team tried to cultivate living technique, it was significant differences in gender, job title, educational background, region, instruction career. Fifth, instructors of school athletic team tried to construct study environment, it was significant differences in region, school level.
