국문 초록

이 연구는 2002학년도부터 2022학년도, 총 21년 간 이루어진 중등교사 임용후보자 선정 경쟁시험 교육학 과목의 교육행정 영역의 주제 및 내용을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 출제된 교육행정 주제를 분석한 결과, 선다형 시기(2002～2013)에 비해 논술형 (2014～2022)시기에는 학교조직의 성격, 장학과 교원전문성 등 6개 영역에 집중되어 있다. 교육행정 문항의 내용 분석은 논술형 시기를 중심으로 이루어졌는데, 대부분 2개 이상의 복합적인 인지 과정을 요구하였다. 1단계 기억하기, 2단계 이해하기의 혼합형태가 가장 기본적이며, 최근으로 올수록 6단계 창안하기의 인지과정을 요하는 문항들이 제시되었다. 특히 6단계의 경우, 1단계 재인하기와 회상하기, 2가지 세부 인지과정에 따라 문항의 난이도가 차별화되는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 현장성 높은 평가 지문에 대응하는 세부 문항 강화, 주제 혼합형 문항 개발 방안, 고차원적 사고 능력과 관련한 열린 문항 등을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational administration area of the pedagogy exam for the secondary-school teacher’s license conducted over a total of 21 years and to identify the trends. The subject of analysis is the educational administration area during the pedagogical examination from 2002 to 2022. For this purpose, the previous questions posted on the Korean Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation were collected. Analysis is largely divided into two dimensions: subject analysis and content analysis, and systematization is secured by setting an analysis frame for each dimension. First, In the multiple-choice period(2002～2013), it was distributed over relatively many areas, whereas in the essay-type period(2014～2022), it was concentrated in only six areas, such as the nature of the school organization, scholarship and teacher expertise. etc. Secondly, The most basic is a mixture of remembering(stage 1) and understanding(stage 2), and the more recent it is, the more items that require the cognitive process of creating(stage 6) have been presented. In particular, in the case of stage 6, it was confirmed that the difficulty of the questions was differentiated according to the two detailed recognition processes, recognizing and recalling the first step. A review of the superficial on-the-spotness of the evaluation text and detailed questions, a method to overcome topical bias, and open questions related to higher-order thinking skills were suggested.
