국문 초록

본 연구는 청년창업 기업대표 윤리적 리더십이 조직원의 직무성과 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 하였다. 가설 검증을 위해 본 연구는 전북지역 125개 청년창업 기업의 대표와 조직원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 411부의 설문지 분석결과, 첫째, 가설 1에 대한 채택은 청년창업 업체의 대표나 리더가 윤리적 리더십을 보일 경우, 개인적 차원의 조직에 대한 기여뿐만 아니라 조직에 대한 자발적 헌신행동과 조직에 이익이 되는 자발적 행위를 함으로써 조직건강성에 긍정적인 역할을 수행하는 것을 볼 수 있다. 둘째, 가설 2는 신뢰와 긍정적 모델이 된 조직시민행동은 자발적으로 조직에 대한 신뢰감이 형성되어 조직과 개인을 동일시하게 생각하고, 공식적인 업무뿐만 아니라 비공식적인 차원에서 도움을 줄 수 있기 때문에 조직의 경영성과에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 가능성이 높다. 셋째, 가설 3은 청년창업 업체의 윤리적 리더십은 결국 조직구성원들에 신뢰감을 형성하고 이에 대한 자발적 조직이 형성됨에 따라 경영성과 또한 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of ethical leadership on youth startups on job performance and organizational citizenship behavior. In order to test the hypothesis, this study conducted a survey of representatives and members of 125 young entrepreneurs in Jeonbuk area. total of 411 questionnaires were analyzed. First, the adoption of hypothesis 1 was determined by the representatives or leaders of youth entrepreneurs. Ethical leadership can be seen to play a positive role in organizational health, not only by contributing to the organization at the individual level, but also by voluntary commitment to the organization and by voluntary actions that benefit the organization. Second, hypothesis 2 shows that organizational citizenship behavior, which has become a model of trust and positiveness, is able to voluntarily build trust in the organization, to identify the organization and the individual, and to help not only in formal work but also in an informal way. It is likely to have a positive impact on performance. Third, Hypothesis 3 shows that the ethical leadership of young start-ups has a direct impact on management performance as they build trust in their members and voluntary organization.
