폐경기 여성의 폐경지식, 폐경태도, 생활스트레스 및 삶의 질 관계

국문 초록

본 연구는 폐경기 여성들의 폐경지식, 폐경태도, 생활 스트레스, 삶의 질을 파악하고자 시도되었다. J시에 있는 A 종합병원에서 폐경기 여성들과 지역사회 폐경기 여성들을 대상으로 2015년 5월부터 두 달동안 316부 설문지가 분석에 사용되었고 평균, 표준편차, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, multiple regeression를 SPSS WIN 21.0을 통해 분석하였다. 폐경지식은 연령, 수입, 폐경교육여부, 폐경치료생각이 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 폐경태도는 수입에서 유의한 차이를 보였고(F=3.51, ρ=0.16) 생활 스트레스는 폐경치료정보에서 유의한 차이를 보였다(F=4.71, ρ=0.16). 삶의 질은 학력, 수입, 폐경교육여부에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 호르몬 치료유무에서는 폐경지식, 폐경태도, 생활 스트레스, 삶의 질이 유의한 차이를 보였고 대상자의 삶의 질은 학력이 높을수록, 수입이 많을수록 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 폐경지식과 폐경태도는 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였고(r=-.405, p=<.001) 폐경태도와 삶의 질은 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였으며(r=.583, p=<.001) 생활스트레스가 높을수록 삶의 질은 낮게 나타났다(r=-.361, p=<.001).본 연구를 통해 폐경기 여성들의 폐경기 적응을 위한 폐경 교육을 위한 프로그램 개발이 이루어져야 한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate menopausal knowledge, postmenopausal attitudes, life stress and quality of life of menopausal women with and without hormone therapy. A total of 316 questionnaires were used for analysis for postmenopausal women and community-based postmenopausal women who were receiving hormone therapy at J General Hospital in May from May 2015. The mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe s test and multiple regressions were analyzed using SPSS WIN 21.0. Postmenopausal attitudes were significantly different in income(F=3.51, ρ=0.16), and life stress was significantly different in menopause treatment information(F=4.71, ρ=0.16). The quality of life showed significant difference in educational attainment, income, and postmenopausal education. Menopausal knowledge, postmenopausal attitudes, life stress, and quality of life were significantly different in the presence of hormone therapy, and the quality of life of the subjects was found to be higher with higher educational level and higher income. Menopause knowledge and menopause attitude showed a significant negative correlation. Menopause attitude and quality of life showed a positive correlation(r=-.405, p=<.001) the higher the life stress((r=.583, p=<.001), the lower the quality of life(r=-.361, p=<.001). This study should develop programs for hormone therapy and menopause education for postmenopausal women.
