국문 초록

최근 대학 및 정부는 대학진학율은 높아졌으나 학생의 학교부적응으로 인하여 중도탈락이 늘어나는 문제를 해결하기 위하여 다양한 대안을 마련하고 있지만 실시되고 있는 프로그램에 한계가 있다. 이 문제점을 바탕으로 진로집단통합예술치료프로그램을 개발하고, 본 프로그램이 학교부적응대학생의 진로개발역량과 자아존중감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석한다. 따라서 학교 현장에서 진로지원 방안이 지속되고 학교부적응대학생들의 진로준비와 선택을 도울 수 있는 방향을 설계하고 정착 될 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 기초자료가 될 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 물리치료과에 재학 중이나 전공부적응의 어려움을 느끼고 있는 대학생의 진로집단통합예술프로그램이 진로개발역량과 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위하여 회기별 90분씩 총12회기의 실험설계를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 하위영역 중‘진로정보 탐색 및 활용 역량’과 자아존중감의 향상 폭을 확인 할 수 있고, 집단의 소속감을 느끼고 대학에 대한 불신과 상대방과 본인을 비교하는 부정적인 태도가 감소되고, 휴학 및 자퇴의 고민을 해결하였다.

영문 초록

The admission rate to Korean universities has risen. However, the graduation rate is low because students do not adapt to college. Universities and the government organizaitons are working on various alternatives to solve this problem. But the alternative has limitations. To solve this problem, a Career Group Integrated Arts Therapy Program has been developed. Analyze how it affects ‘The ability to develop career’ and ‘self-esteemt’ of college students who fail to adapt to school life. The purpose of the study is to continue and promote vocational support for troubled college students. And the study is a material that allows proper programs to be settled in universities. Participants taking physical therapy classes and having difficulty to adjust the department. Thus, it tested a total of 12 sessions over 90 minutes the effectiveness of the program on ‘career information search and utilization capacity’ and ‘self-esteem’. Through this study, we have improved our ability to develop our career and our self-esteem. And feel a sense of belonging to a group, think positive about college, do not think negative of comparing with others, and solve the problems of take time off from school and quit school.
