국문 초록

본 연구에서는 신학생의 진로준비행동, 학과만족도, 실습만족도가 자존감과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 첫째, 진로준비행동의 경우 4학년 학부생이 가장 낮고, 반면 대학원 2학년 학생이 가장 높았다. 둘째, 학과만족도에서는 사회적 인식만족도와 교과만족도에서 2학년 학부생인 학년이 높은 네 개 집단 보다 높게 나타나 유의한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 진로준비행동, 학과만족도, 실습만족도가 자존감에 미치는 영향에서 학과만족의 일반만족 요인만 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 진로준비행동, 학과만족도, 실습만족도가 자기효능감에 미치는 영향은 학과만족의 일반만족 요인이 가장 큰 영향을 주었다, 다음으로 학과 교수만족 순으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 신학교육에 있어 다양한 교육 프로그램의 개발이 필요함을 시사한다. 신학교육과정중 신학생들의 목적의식은 정립되어야 하며 개인의 목회자 정체성 확립과 목회자로의 진로 결정’에 영향을 미치는 심리적 요인들에 대해 지속적 관심과 상담이 필요하다. 본 연구는 양적 연구방법을 사용하여 신학생의 진로 결정에 관련된 자아개념에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구가 많지 않은 상황에서 신학생들의 진로지도를 위한 기초자료를 제공하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the course preparation behavior, the department satisfaction, and the satisfaction of the practitioner on self-esteem and self-efficacy. First, career preparation behaviors were the lowest in fourth grade undergraduates, while second grade students in graduate schools were the highest. Second, in the satisfaction of the department, there was a significant difference in satisfaction of social awareness and satisfaction of the class, which was higher than that of the four groups with high grade of second year undergraduate students. Third, general satisfaction factors of department satisfaction affected the self-esteem statistically. Finally, the effect of career preparation, department satisfaction, and practical satisfaction on self-efficacy was influenced by general satisfaction factors of department satisfaction. Next, strong influence was teaching satisfaction. Therefore, it is necessary to develop various educational programs in theological education. The theological objects of the theological students in the theological curriculum should be established and continuous attention and counseling on the psychological factors that influence the establishment of the pastoral identity of the individual and the decision of the career of the pastor. This study provided basic data for career guidance of theological students in a situation where there is not much research on the effect on self-concept related to career decision-making using quantitative research methods.
