중소제조기업 CEO들의 회수물류 인식이 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 사회적 책임활동과 친환경의식의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 중소제조기업이 친환경 정책수행과 동시에 원가절감에 기여할 수 있는 중요한 요인으로 회수물류에 관심을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해 FGI를 통해 18개 회수물류 운영요인들을 도출한 후 PCA를 통해 변수화하였다. 또한 이들 요인들이 경영성과에 미치는 영향과 함께 이들의 관계에서 중소제조기업의 CSR활동과 CEO의 친환경의식의 역할을 확인하고자 하였다. 분석을 위해 경기도 시화, 반월공단의 중소제조기업 CEO 108명을 대상으로 유효설문지를 획득하고 SPSS 24.0과 AMOS 24.0을 활용하여 IPA와 구조방정식 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 회수물류를 통한 경쟁력 향상을 위해서는 ‘신제품 개발주기’, ‘CEO 관심도’, ‘설계변화주기’, ‘포장 용이성’ 및 ‘회수관련 비용’ 요인들에 대해 지속적인 유지·강화가 필요하며, ‘회수물류관련 조직구축 정도’가 긴급 개선되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 회수물류 운영요인은 기업의 사회적 책임활동과 CEO의 친환경의식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 경영성과를 높이고, 사회적 책임활동도 경영성과를 높이는 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업차원 뿐 아니라 정부나 지자체에서 중소기업 지원책의 구축시 이들 요인들을 반영할 필요가 있음을 시시하고 있다. 또한 중소제조기업이 그간 다양한 이유와 원인으로 적극적이지 못했던 사회적 책임활동을 높이기 위한 노력을 계속해야 함을 시사하였다.

영문 초록

This study is interested in reverse logistics as an important factor that contributes to the cost reduction as well as the implementation of environment friendly policies by SMEs. In order to achieve theses goals, 18 reverse logistic factors were extracted through FGI, after parameterized through PCA. In addition, we examined the influence of these factors on business performance and the role of CSR activities and CEO s environmental awareness in SMEs. For the analysis, we obtained valid questionnaire for 108 CEO’s of SMEs in Sihwa and Banwol industrial complex in Gyeonggi province, and analyzed IPA and structural equation using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0. In order to improve competitiveness through reverse logistics, it is necessary to constantly maintain and reinforce factors such as new product development cycle , CEO interest , design change cycle , ease of packing , and ‘the degree of organizational structure related to recovery and logistics should be improved urgently. In addition, it was found that the factors of reverse logistics are positively enhancing CSR activities and CEO s environment-friendly consciousness, and social responsibility activities enhancing on business performance, respectively. The results of this study suggest that it is necessary to reflect these factors in establishing SME support measures not only at the enterprise level but also at the government and local governments. Also, it suggested that SMEs should continue their efforts to raise social responsibility activities that have not been actively pursued for various reasons and reasons.
