외국인유학생의 창의융합교육에 대한 인식 및 창의융합역량 분석

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 외국인유학생의 배경변인에 따른 창의융합교육에 대한 인식과 창의융합역량을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 외국인유학생 247명을 대상으로 학년별, 한국어수준별, 창의수업 수강유무별로 창의융합교육에 대한 인식과 창의융합역량을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 배경변인별로 창의융합교육에 대한 인식의 차이가 나타났다. 즉, 학년별 인식은 고학년의 창의융합교육에 대한 인식이 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 한국어수준별 인식은 한국어능력 급수에 따른 인식의 차이가 나타나지 않았고 전반적으로 충분히 높지 않았다. 창의수업 수강유무별 인식은 창의수업나타났다. 즉, 학년별 창의융합역량은 고학년이 저학년보다 높게 나타났지만, 융합역량은 전반적으로 보통 수준보다 다소 낮게 나타났다. 한국어수준별 창의융합역량은 한국어능력 급수에 따른 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 창의수업 수강유무별 창의융합역량은 창의수업을 수강한 집단에서 창의역량이 더 높게 나타났다. 그러나 융합역량에서는 집단 간 차이가 나타나지 않았고, 창의역량 수준보다 낮게 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구결과는 외국인유학생의 창의융합역량 증진을 위한 실효성 있는 창의융합교육 방안 마련에 중요한 기초자료가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze recognition of creativity convergence education and creativity convergence competency of international students according to background variables. To this end, 247 international students in a four-year university participated in the study and their recognition of creativity convergence education and creativity convergence competency by grade, Korean language level, and whether they take creativity classes were analyzed. As a result, first, there were differences in recognition of creativity convergency education by background variables. Recognition of creativity convergence education in the upper grade was relatively higher. Recognition by Korean language level did not show differences and was not high enough overall. The recognition level of students who took creativity class was high and positive. Second, there were differences in creativity convergence competency by background variables. The creativity convergence competency was higher in the upper grade than in the lower grade, but convergence competency was slightly lower than a moderate level. The creativity convergence competency by Korean language level did not show differences. The creativity convergence competency by whether to take creativity class was higher in the group who took creativity class. However there were no differences in the convergence competency, and it was lower than the creativity competency level. Therefore, the results of this study could be used as relevant and basic data as to preparing for effective creativity convergence education plans to enhance the creativity convergence competency of international students.
