스마트 시티를 구성하는 주요 분야의 불확실성을 고려한 스마트 시티 선정

국문 초록

스마트 시티의 중요성은 지속적으로 커지고 있으며 4차 산업혁명의 핵심 결과로 인식되고 있다. 스마트 시티를 구축하고 관리하기 위해서는 스마트 시티의 주요 분야에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 본 연구는 스마트 시티의 주요 분야를 6개(Smart Economy, Smart People, Smart Governance, Smart Mobility, Smart Environment, Smart Living)로 가정하고, 스마트 시티를 구성하고 있는 6개의 주요 분야를 속성(attributes)으로 간주한다. 이 속성들이 가지는 불확실성과 모호성을 퍼지니스 개념이 포함된 Grey numbers로 계산하여 최적의 스마트 시티를 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 사용된 기법은 Grey theory이며, 이 기법은 속성이 가지는 정성적 특성들을 정량화된 값으로 산출하여 정량적 특성 및 정성적 특성을 동시에 반영할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문은 4곳의 스마트 시티를 선정이 가능한 대안(alternatives)으로 삼고, 스마트 시티를 구성하는 6개의 주요 분야에 대해 스마트 시티의 전문가들의 평가를 통해 최적의 스마트 시티를 결정하여 그 결과를 제시한다.

영문 초록

The importance of smart city continues to grow and is recognized as a key result of the fourth industrial revolution.. To build and manage smart city, it is necessary to understand the main areas of smart city. This study assumes 6 main areas (Smart Economy, Smart People, Smart Governance, Smart Mobility, Smart Environment, Smart Living) of smart city and considers 6 main areas constituting smart city as attributes. This paper proposes an optimal smart city by computing the uncertainty and ambiguity of these attributes with Grey numbers including the concept of fuzziness. The technique used in this study is the Grey theory. This technique calculates the qualitative characteristics of the attributes as quantified values, so that it can reflect the quantitative and qualitative characteristics at the same time. This paper considers the four smart cities as alternatives that can be selected and suggests the results by determining the optimal smart city through the evaluation of the experts of smart city for the six major areas that make up the smart city.
