국문 초록

이 연구는 수요정보가 점진적으로 드러나는 생산계획 문제에 대한 수리모형에 대해 논의한다. 세 가지 수리모형이 불확실성을 갖는 문제를 풀기위해 적용된다. 이들 모델링 방법들은 선형계획법, 확률론적 계획법, 동적계획법이다. 수요 불확실성에는 두 가지 형태가 있다. 하나는 수요의 변동에 대한 불확실성이고, 다른 한 가지는 수요정보가 들어나는 시점에 대한 것이다. 이 논문에서는 이들 두 가지 형태의 불확실성에 대해 다룬다. 예를 들어, 생산공정에서 수요에 대한 정보는 다른 시점들에 얻을 수 있다. 이들 시점은 원자재를 구매할 때, 제품을 생산할 때, 제품을 판매할 때이다. 이러한 두 가지 불확실성을 갖는 문제에 세 가지 수리모형을 적용한다. 선형계획법은 만일 문제가 확정적이면 최적해를 정확히 찾아준다. 확정적 선형계획법은 불확실성을 처리할 수 없다. 확률론적 계획법은 랜덤인 상황을 갖는 문제를 시나리오 기반의 접근법으로 최적해를 찾을 수 있다. 하지만 시나리오 부문제들을 많이 풀어야 하는 단점이 있다. 동적계획법은 연속적인 의사결정을 해야 하는 문제를 효과적으로 모형화 한다. 반면에 동적계획법 모형은 시나리오로 분리되기 어려운 문제에 대해서는 어려움이 있다. 이 논문은 간단한 생산계획 문제를 가지고 세 가지 모형에 대한 해를 구하는 성능을 논의한다.

영문 초록

This research describes the discussion of the mathematical programming model for production planning with demand information revealing progressively. Three mathematical methods are applied to solve the problem with uncertainty. The methods are Linear Programming(LP), Stochastic Programming(SP), and Dynamic Programming(DP). There are two types of demand uncertainty. The one is the variation of demand, and the other is the moment of demand information is revealed. This paper considers these two uncertainties. For example, in process of manufacturing, the demand information can be obtained at different moments such as acquiring materials, producing products, and selling the products. Three mathematical models are applied to the problem with two types of uncertainties. LP finds the optimal solution of the problem if the problem is deterministic. The deterministic LP is not able to address the uncertainty. SP helps to find the optimal strategy for the problem of randomness using scenario based approach. However, SP spends a number of calculations to solve all scenario sub-problems. DP enables to formulate the problem of sequential decisions effectively. On the other hand, DP model has difficult to address the scenario problems when the problem is not separable. This paper presents three models in terms of the quality of the solution using a simple example of production plan.
