간호대학생을 위한 고위험약물 교육 어플리케이션의 평가

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 고위험약물 교육 어플리케이션을 간호대학생에게 적용한 후 효과를 평가하는 것이다. 연구방법은 비동등성 대조군 전후설계연구이다. 연구에 참여한 대상자는 간호학과 4학년이고, 연구기간은 2013년 8월 28일부터 10월 7일이었다. 대조군에게는 고위험약물 교육용 포켓북이 제공되었고, 실험군에게는 고위험약물 교육 어플리케이션이 제공되었다. 연구결과, 실험군과 대조군의 고위험약물 지식은 두 군 모두에서 높아졌으나 통계적으로 두군간에 유의한 차이는 없었다. 본 연구에서 인지부하 중 과제부담은 두 집단에서 유의하게 감소하였으나, 실험군이 대조군에 비해 과제부담을 많이 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 정신적 노력은 실험군에서는 경과시간에 따라 정신적 노력이 감소하였으나 대조군에서는 정신적 노력이 증가하여 두 군에서 반대가 되는 양상이 나타났다. 자가평가는 실험군보다 대조군에서 높게 나타났다. 사용성은 대조군이 실험군보다 높았다. 본 연구를 기초로 하여 향후 간호대학생을 위한 고위험약물 교육은 학생들의 인지부하를 고려하여 체계적으로 개발될 필요가 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of applying high alert medication education application for nursing students. The study design was non-equivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The study subjects were nursing students in the fourth grade, and the study period was from August 28, 2013 to October 7, 2013. The control group was provided with pocketbooks for high alert medication education and the experimental group was provided with high alert medication education application. As a result, the knowledge of high alert medication was increased in the experimental group and the control group. But there was no differences between the groups. In this study, the task burden was significantly reduced in the two groups, and the experimental group felt much more burden than the control group. Mental endeavor showed that mental effort decreased according to the elapsed time in the experimental group, but the opposite group showed the increase in mental effort in the control group. Self- valuation was higher in the control group than in the experimental group. Usability was higher in the control group than in the experimental group. Based on this study, high alert medication education for nursing students in the future will need to be systematically developed considering students cognitive load.
