국문 초록

본 연구는 대학생의 교양교육과정 운영에 따른 K-CESA 핵심역량 증진과 수업만족도의 변화를 분석하여 교양교육과정 운영에 있어서 핵심역량 중심의 교양교육과정 편성의 중요성을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 4년제 E대학 90명의 대학생에게 교양교육과정 운영에 따른 사전·사후 K-CESA 핵심역량의 변화와 수업만족도를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 핵심역량인 자기관리 역량, 글로벌 역량, 대인관계 역량, 자원정보기술활용 역량 중 자원정보기술활용 역량에서 교양교육과정 운영에 따른 긍정적인 변화가 있었다. 또한 교양교육과정 수업참여에 따른 수업만족도는 보통이상의 수준을 나타냈다. 이와 같은 본 연구의 결과는 대학생의 교육성과를 분석하는 데 있어서 수업만족도의 중요성과 교양교육과정의 발전방향을 모색하는데 중요한 기초자료를 제공하고 있다. 또한 대학생의 핵심역량 증진을 위해서는 핵심역량 기반의 교양교육과정 편성 및 운영이 중요하다는 인식에 시사하는 바가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the changes in K-CESA core competency and class satisfaction caused by the operation of the liberal arts education courses of university students to confirm the importance of organizing the education courses centered on the core competences in the operation of the liberal arts courses. To that end, 90 university students from four-year E-University in the Seoul metropolitan area were analyzed for changes in their core competency and satisfaction level of K-CESA following the operation of the liberal arts education program. As a result of the analysis, firstly, there were positive changes in the operation of the liberal arts courses in the ability to utilize the resource information technology among the core competences, such as self-management, global, interpersonal skills, and resource information technology utilization. In addition, the level of satisfaction with classes according to the participation in the liberal arts education program was more than normal. The results of this study provide important basic data to explore the importance of class satisfaction in analyzing the educational performance of university students and the direction of development of the liberal arts education process. In addition, there are implications for the importance of organizing and operating core competency-based liberal arts education courses in order to enhance the core competency of university students.
