만성 뇌졸중 환자의 가로막과 호흡 보조근 활성도에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자의 호흡 시 가로막의 두께와 호흡보조근의 근활성도를 측정하여 상호비교함으로써 향 후 뇌졸중환자의 호흡패턴 변화에 기초적 임상자료를 제시하고자 한다. 전라남도의 A병원에 내원한 발병한지 6개월 이상의 만성 뇌졸중 환자로 58~69세 연령범위의 21명을 대상으로 하였다. 마비측에서는 가로막과 넓은등근(r=0.723, p<.01), 위등세모근(r=0.681, p<.05)은 음의 상관관계를 보였으나, 위등세모근과 넓은등근(r=0.633, p<.05)은 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 그리고 배곧은근과 배바깥빗근(r=0.612, p<.05)은 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 비마비측에서는 가로막과 넓은등근(r=0.618, p<.05), 위등세모근(r=0.631, p<.05)은 음의 상관관계를 보였으나, 위등세모근과 넓은등근(r=0.738, p<.01)은 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 그리고 배곧은근과 배바깥빗근(r=0.689, p<.05)은 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 호흡근과 호흡보조근의 정상적인 관계를 회복하기 위하여 올바른 호흡운동을 시행 할 수 있도록 보다 많은 연구가 필요할 것으로 여겨진다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide basic clinical data on respiratory pattern changes in post stroke patients by measuring the thickness of the diaphragm and the muscle activity of the respiratory muscle during breathing in stroke patients. Twenty - one patients aged 58 to 69 years with chronic stroke who were admitted to A hospital in Jeollanam - do and who were more than 6 months old were included. On the paralyzed side, there was a negative correlation between the diaphragm and the latissimus dorsi muscles (r=0.723, p<.01) and the upper trapezius (r=0.681, p<.05) 0.633, p<.05) showed a positive correlation. In addition, there was a positive correlation between the Rectus abdominis and External abdominal oblique muscles (r = 0.612, p <.05). On the non-paralysis side, there was a negative correlation between the diaphragm and the latissimus dorsi muscles (r = 0.618, p <.05) and the upper trapezius (r = 0.631, p <.05), However, there was a positive correlation between the Rectus abdominis and External abdominal oblique muscles (r = 0.738, p <.01). More research is needed to ensure that the respiratory movement can be performed to restore the normal relationship between respiratory and respiratory assistant muscles.
