간호대학생의 학습유형과 학습태도, 학업성취도, 자기주도적 학습능력과의 관련성

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 학습유형과 학업태도와 학습성취도, 자기주도적 학습능력을 파악하므로써 효과적인 교수학습전략을 수립하여 학습역량을 강화하기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 연구이다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 t-tests, one-way ANOVA를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 구체적 경험은 반성적 관찰, 추상적 개념과 음의 상관관계가 있으며, 반성적 관찰은 활동적 실험, 학습태도와 학업성취도, 자기주도적 학습능력과 음의 상관관계가 있다. 학습태도는 학업성취도와 자기주도적 학습능력과 양의 상관관계가 있으며 학업성취도는 자기주도적 학습능력과 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 학습태도, 학업성취도, 자기주도적 학습능력에 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과, 학습태도는 학년, 간호학 전공만족도, 강의식 수업 선호, 자기주도적 학습능력이 학습태도를 21.8% 설명하였다. 자기주도 학습능력은 학업성취도의 자신감, 학습태도가 자기주도적 학습능력을 13.2% 설명하였다. 따라서 간호대학생들을 위한 교육방법과 교수학습전략을 위해서는 학습유형에 따른 다양한 학습능력을 평가하는 지표로 활용하기 위한 교육적 중재 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify learning attitude, academic achievement, self-directed learning ability in accordance with the learning type of nursing students in order to provide basic data for strengthening learning ability by establishing an effective teaching and learning strategy. The research data were analysed t-test, one-way ANOVA using SPSS 21.0. Specific experience was negatively correlated with reflection and abstract concept, academic attitude and academic achievement and self-directed learning ability,. The attitude of learning was positively correlated with academic achievement and self-directed learning ability. Academic achievement was self-directed learning ability, respectively. As a result of analyzing the factors affecting learning attitude, academic achievement and self - directed learning ability, the attitude of learning explained 21.8%, grade, nursing major satisfaction, lecture class preference, self - directed learning ability. Self-directed learning ability explained 13.2%, confidence of academic achievement, learning attitude. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an educational intervention program to use as an index to evaluate various learning abilities according to the type of learning for teaching methods and teaching and learning strategies for nursing college students.
