국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 가족치료 심리상담 교육생이 지각한 자아탄력성이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향에 대하여 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상은 경상남도 울산시의 가족치료 심리상담 교육생 250명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석을 실시하였으며, 변수 간의 인과관계에 대한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 가족치료 심리상담 교육생이 지각한 자아탄력성의 감정통제, 호기심은 심리적 안녕감의 자율성 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족치료 심리상담 교육생이 지각한 자아탄력성의 감정통제, 호기심은 심리적 안녕감의 행복감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가족치료 심리상담 교육생이 지각한 자아탄력성의 대인관계, 감정통제, 호기심은 심리적 안녕감의 집중감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 가족치료 심리상담 교육생이 지각한 자아탄력성의 감정통제, 호기심은 심리적 안녕감의 만족감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 본 연구는 가족치료 심리상담 교육생의 긍정심리 증진을 위한 교육프로그램 마련의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of perceived ego-resilience on psychological well-being of students of family therapy psychological counseling. The subjects of this study were 250 students of family therapy psychological counseling in Ulsan city, Gyeongsangnam-do province. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis were performed using the SPSS program. Multiple regression analysis was performed on casual relationship between variables. First, the emotional control and curiosity of ego-resilience perceived by students of family therapy psychological counseling had a significant effect on the autonomy factor of psychological well-being. Second, emotional control and curiosity of ego-resilience perceived by students of family therapy psychological counseling had a significant effect on the happiness of psychological well-being. Third, interpersonal relationship, emotional control, and curiosity of ego-resilience perceived by students of family therapy psychological counseling were found to have a significant effect on the concentration of psychological well-being. Fourth, the emotional control and curiosity of ego-resilience perceived by students of family therapy psychological counseling had a significant influence on the satisfaction of psychological well-being. This study is expected to be the basic data of the educational program for the positive psychological enhancement of students of family therapy psychological counseling.
