국문 초록

이 연구는 중등교원임용 교육학 논술 시험의 문항을 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2014~2018학년도 중등학교 교사 임용후보자 선정경쟁시험 교육학 제1차 시험 기출문제의 평가내용 및 문항을 분석하였다. 논술 문항의 분석은 한국교육과정평가원(2008)의 「교육학(공통)의 교사 자격 기준과 평가 영역 및 평가 내용 요소」에 근거하였다. 연구결과 5년간 실시된 중등교원임용 교육학 논술 시험은 교육학의 일부 영역에 집중되어 출제되는 것으로 나타났다. 교육학 논술시험의 문제점으로는 첫째, 교직 선택과목에서 산발적으로 출제된다는 점 둘째, 내용 타당도가 현저하게 결여되어 있다는 점이다. 셋째, 특정 내용요소에서 중복 출제되고 있으며 넷째, 수험생들의 학교현장에 대한 포괄적 이해보다는 단순 암기능력을 측정하고 있으며 다섯째, 평가대상자들의 특성과는 무관한 내용이 출제된다는 점이다. 논의를 통해 중등교원임용 교육학 논술 시험의 개선방안을 제안하였다. 즉, 선택 이수 과목에서 교육학 논술 시험 타당성 확보, 지식을 활용하여 풀 수 있는 융합 문항의 제시, 고등사고 능력을 측정할 수 있는 문항의 개발 등을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the essay type examination on pedagogy for secondary-school teacher’s license. In this study analyzed the content and the items of the essay type examinations on pedagogy that were administered from 2014 to 2018. For the analyze of the essay type examination, this study used Korean Institute of Curriculum & Evaluation(2008)’s guideline on the evaluation domain and content in pedagogy. The problem with the essay test for pedagogy is that, firstly, the required curriculum for teaching is excluded, and that it is given in the elective course for teaching, and secondly, there is a significant lack of validity. Third, it is being repeated in certain content elements, and fourthly, rote memory function is measured rather than comprehensive understanding of the school sites of test takers, and fifthly, content unrelated to the characteristics of the subjects is given. Through discussions, the education essay test for secondary school teachers was proposed. In other words, securing validity, the presentation of a convergent question that can be solved using knowledge, and the development of a question that can measure the ability of higher thinking.
