중국노인의 노인복지시설 입소의향결정변인에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 중국의 60세 이상 노인 320명으로 대상으로 하여 노인복지시설 입소의향과 예측변인을 파악하는데 연구의 목적이 있었다. 이러한 목적을 이루기 위해, 2017년 6월부터 8월까지 중국의 상해시, 서주시, 합비시, 숙주시, 처주시, 우후시, 마안산시, 링비현에서 설문조사를 실시하였다. 주요연구결과를 보면, 첫？？, 중국노인의 시설입소의향이 있는 경우는 31.2%, 없는 경우는 68.8%로, 노인복지시설입소의향이 있는 경우가 2배이상이였다. 시설에 입소한다면 ‘스스로를 돌볼 수 없을 때’로 입소하겠다는 응답이 가장 높았고, 국가양로원에 입소하고자 하는 의향도 높았다. 입소는 자녀와 가까운 곳의 시설에, 본인스스로 결정하기를 바라고 있었다. 또한 중국노인의 노인복지시설입소 연령, 학력, 직업, 거주지에 따라서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 연령이 낮을수록 입소의향이 높았고, 학력이 높을수록, 그리고 대도시에 거주하는 경우 입소의향이 높았다. 또한 로지스틱회귀분석결과, 시설에 대한 이미지가 긍정적일수록 노인복지시설 입소의향이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the intention to enter the welfare facility for the elderly and the predictive variables of 320 elderly people over 60 years old in China. To achieve the research objective, a questionnaire survey was made in Shanghai, Xuzhou, Hefei, Suzhou, Chuzhou, Wuhu, Maanshan, Lingbi in China, between June and August 2017. The study results showed that 31.2% of the Chinese elderly had the intention to enter the elderly care facility and 68.8% had no intention. Chinese elderly responded that they would enter the facility when they could not take care of themselves, and they were more inclined to enter the national nursing home. Also, Chinese elderly people are hoping to go to a facility close to their child and want to make their own decision. There were significant differences according to age, education, occupation, and residence of elderly welfare facilities in China. The lower the age, the higher the incentive to enter, the higher the education level, and the greater the incentive to enter the big city. Also, logistic regression analysis showed that the more positive image of the facility, the higher the incentive to enter the elderly welfare facility.
