국문 초록

본 연구는 창의적 가정환경 및 어머니의 창의적 리더십의 수준에 따라 유아의 창의적 성향에 있어서의 차이를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 만 4세∼만 5세 유아와 그 유아를 자녀로 둔 어머니 711명을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 얻은 데이터를 SPSS 22.0을 활용해서 통계 처리하였다. 이를 바탕으로 창의적 가정환경, 어머니의 창의적 리더십, 유아의 창의적 성향 간 상관관계를 살펴보고, 창의적 가정환경 및 어머니의 창의적 리더십의 수준에 따라 유아의 창의적 성향 차이를 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 창의적 가정환경, 어머니의 창의적 리더십, 유아의 창의적 성향은 정적인 상관관계가 있었으며, 어머니의 창의적 리더십과 유아의 창의적 성향 간 더 높은 정적 상관관계가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 또한 창의적 가정환경 및 어머니의 창의적 리더십 수준에 따라 유아의 창의적 성향에 차이가 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 장기간에 걸쳐 형성되는 유아의 창의적 성향 발달을 위해 창의적 가정환경을 마련하고 어머니의 창의적 리더십을 증진시킬 수 있는 방안이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference of creative personality of young children according to the level of creative environment and mothers’ creative leadership. To do this, data from 711 4 to 5 year old young children and their mothers were analyzed by statistical analysis with SPSS 22.0. Based on this, correlation among creative environment, mothers’ creative leadership and creative personality of young children was examined. The difference of creative personality of young children according to the level of creative environment and mothers’ creative leadership was verified. The results showed that creative home environment, mother s creative leadership, and young children s creative personality were positively correlated, and there was a higher positive correlation between mothers creative leadership and children s creative personality. In addition, there was a difference in the creative personality of young children according to the level of creative home environment and mother s creative leadership. This implies that a plan to promote creative home environment and mothers creative leadership for the development of young children s creative personality over a long period of time is needed
