치매노인부양자의 심리적 탈진이 우울성향에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 치매노인부양자의 심리적 탈진이 우울성향에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 자료 수집은 2018년 1월 2일부터 2018년 1월 31일까지 k지역에 거주하는 치매부양자들의 설문지 100부를 자료분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 치매노인부양자의 최종학력에 따른 심리적 탈진의 차이는 유의미하였으나, 성별, 연령, 종교, 결혼상태에 따른 차이는 없었고, 최종학력에 따른 우울성향의 차이는 최종학력이 대학졸 이상인 경우 우울성향이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타나(F=12.749, p<.001)유의미하였으나, 성별, 연령, 종교, 결혼상태, 월 소득에 따른 차이는 유의수준 5%에서 유의미하지 않았다. 심리적 탈진과 우울성향과의 상관관계는 우울성향은 심리적 탈진의 피곤함(r=.613, p<.001), 비인간화(r=.564, p<.001) 순으로 높은 정의 상관이 있었고, 개인적 성취(r=-.560, p<.001)와는 유의미한 부의 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 치매노인부양자의 심리적 탈진과 우울성향에 대한 실질적인 예방차원의 교육 마련의 필요성이 사료된다.

영문 초록

This research looked into the effects of psychological burnout of caregivers of senile dementia patients on depressive tendencies. As data collection, a survey was distributed to 100 caregivers of senile dementia patients living in k region from January 2, 2018 until January 31, 2018, which was used for data analysis. The SPSS 21.0 Statistics Program was utilized for analysis. Research results revealed a significant difference in the level of psychological burnout according to the level of education of the individual caregivers, but there was no such difference according to gender, age, religion, or marital status. Depressive tendencies according to the level of education showed a lowest level of depressive tendencies in 4-year university graduates or more (F=12.749, p<.001) which was significant, but differences according to gender, age, religion, marital status, or monthly income were insignificant with a level less than5%.There was a high positive correlation between psychological burnout and depressive tendencies in the following order: psychological fatigue from burnout (r=.613, p<.001)and dehumanization (r=.564, p<.001). Meanwhile, there was a significant negative correlation with personal achievement (r=-.560, p<.001). Therefore, it is construed that there is a need for creating education in order to substantially prevent psychological fatigue and depressive tendencies in caregivers of senile dementia patients.
