목적 본 연구에서는 고등학생을 대상으로 가족건강성과 스마트폰 과의존의 관계에서 자기조절능력과 그릿의 매개효과에 대해 알아 보는데 있다. 방법 부산광역시 소재 A, B 사립 고등학생 350명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며 332명의 자료를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Ver 27.0 프로그램과 PROCESS Macro for SPSS Ver. 4.3을 사용하여 기술통계분석, 상관분석을 실시하였고, 부트스트래핑 방식으로 매개효과의 유의성 검증을 실시하였다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고등학생의 가족건강성, 스마트폰 과의존, 자기조절능력 간에는 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 고등학생의 가족건강성과 스마트폰 과의존의 관계에서 자기조절능력의 하위요인은 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고등학생의 가족건강성, 스마트폰 과의존, 그릿 간에는 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 고등학생의 가족건강성과 스마트폰 과의존의 관계에서 그릿의 하위요인은 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구의 결과는 고등학생의 가족건강성과 스마트폰 과의존을 이해하고 올바른 자기조절능력과 그릿에 대한 유용한 기초자료가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

Objectives This study examines mediating effect of self-regulation ability and grit on the relationship between family strength and smartphone dependence of high school students. Methods Thes survey was conducted on 350 students in two private high schools located in Busan Metropolitan City, and 332 data were used for the final analysis. The collected data were subjected to descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis using the SPSS Ver 27.0 program and PROCESS Macro for SPSS Ver. 4.3, and the significance of the mediating effect was verified by a bootstrapping method. Results The results of this study are as follows. First, there was a significant correlation among high school students' family strength, dependence on smartphones, and self-regulation ability. Second, the sub-factors of self-regulation ability were completely mediated by the relationship between high school students' family strength and dependence on smartphones. Third, there was a significant correlation among high school students' family strength, dependence on smartphones, and grit. Fourth, the sub-factors of grit were completely mediated by the relationship between high school students' family strength and dependence on smartphones. Conclusions The results of this study will be useful for understanding high school students' family strength dependence on smartphones and correct self-regulation ability and grit.
